This car wash does not do the complete job and just leaves the cars wet and does not dry them well. The car wash system does not work. It is a rip-off that you pay $16 and it does not work well.

Update: Since the spoiler was an OEM part and was a new vehicle. They were able to cover it through their insurance. It took roughly 3 weeks to address.
Disclaimer: If your car has any modifications and they break in the wash, it will not be covered.
I took my car here today to get a car wash, and on the very last bit of drying, my spoiler was ripped off by the machine. I've brought my car here 2 other times with no issue. My car is brand new off the line with 0 modifications. I've submitted a claim on this but the workers have informed me there is no guarantee it will be covered. I will be updating here with latest news on the matter.
PS aside from the main issue, the workers were a great resource none the less
