If I could give this store a 0 star I would! I called beforehand to check if they had helium for balloons as this particular store does not have any. They said they did so I packed my two young children to get balloons only to be told there was no helium. Never returning! 0 for customer service!

Remembering from my last random visit. Felt like it was a rearrange. Refreshing, as well as, easy to navigate.On my visit the front counter worker was very approachable and knowledgeable. Even was flexible with my check and recheck of my tallying total. Will done and I appreciate it a lot.Although random to visit I would go back and recommend to visit.

I actually had a very sweet cashier, Esther (hope im spelling it right) She was very friendly and help me figure out the coupons and app! She was very polite and funny! Will def return for her service! :D

I've purchased things before at this location. But recently encountered bad customer service.The cashier named Liz, who seemed to be a manager, was very unfriendly and clearly doesn't know how to provide good customer service. When asked a question regarding a coupon, her response was rude and negative. During the transaction, she just shoved my items towards me to take and didn't bother to say " thank you" or " have a nice day." I've seen her before and heard how she speaks around other associates. Her behavior needs to be changed. She needs to be professional in her workspace environment and in front of customers.

To the person complaining about coupons that are not from the store, if upper management says the workers can't pass it, then they can't, take it out with the company that issued the coupon. Also to the other person saying he almost got hit because he moved the protective glass which during Covid is meant to keep them safe, you violated their personal space.

I was told by cashier that I couldn't use store coupons with my manufacturer coupons. When their coupon policy states otherwise. What gives??? This is bull if you ask me. I hope corporate See's this.

Shame! Stopped in for a few items and could hear the cashier berating who I figure is a new employee. I'm at the rear of the store and could clearly hear her raising her voice at him: "No, you're a liar! I showed you that when I trained you!" Hello? A little professionalism here. Customers don't want to hear this. Nice store, clean and orderly but this kind of scene kills the peace. 9-29-2021 0933am
