Under new ownership , was there for Valentines Day. Owner was polite and very friendly, they made a beautiful bouquet for me. The price was very reasonable, and would definitely recommend this business now.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. I bought “fresh” flowers from them that were in the flower cooler along with all the other flowers they sell, and when I got home, I saw that they were FAKE FLOWERS!!! Ridiculous! Why advertise them as real and display them INSIDE THE COOLER if they’re not real?! Scammers… I paid with Zelle, so hopefully they can’t do a fraudulent charge on me like the other reviewers. They didn’t take cards when I went, so maybe that will help stop the fraudulent charges other people have experienced in the past.

If I can rate this business a zero on the stars I definitely would.!!! Worst place to order balloons from.!!!! I placed an order for 30 balloons paid in full I was asked what time did I want my order to be ready I said 10am. I went to pick up my order at 11:30 and was told that my balloons will be ready in an hour mind you I gave them an additional hour & the lady said they had no helium.!!! So irresponsible.!!!!!!

0 stars for me. I have had the same experience as many others. I used this shop to buy flowers for Mother's Day last year ONLY and just yesterday I noticed a charge for $338 from this same flower shop. I tried calling and they don't answer. They instead sent me a text asking for me to message them with what I needed. They don't respond to my texts and my calls now go to voice-mail. I didn't think it was fraud, but after reading these reviews, it unfortunately seems likely they are committing fraud. Please be aware of this fraudulent activity and DO NOT shop here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! This is the WORST establishment Ive ever purchased from! I placed an online order on May 10th around 830am, followed up throughout the day and they said they never received my order I kept following up until 8pm they said they found it and made the the delivery close to 10pm. I checked my bank account this week and NOTICED they Charged me TWICE on May 10th for that ONE order AND again on May 31st $275 that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR MAKE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE

This flower shop is awful, the flowers were fine but a few months after I paid, I got many purchase notifications that I'd never made. I was highly concerned about the intentions of the owner of this company, and others who fall victim to this scam. Please do not shop here, EVER. They never responded to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint.

0 stars for me. This company commited fraud and tried to use my card for 338 today. Now my card and account is locked. Beware!!!! Ordered flowers in February and was charged normal price then today i get a fraud alert. Ive called their phone 15 times and it goes straight to voicemail.

I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this so called business. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day 2/22(which they successfully delivered). However, on 4-6-22, this company fraudulently attempted to charge my credit card(over $75) for services I did not order. Fortunately, my credit card company alerted me via text about the fraudulent charges. It is clearly obvious that these scammers are recording/storing customer's credit card numbers. Their greed cost them another customer. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company of scammers again.
