Super rude was willing to drop a couple $$k on kicks but younger dude working there had zero courtesy, sales or social interaction skills for retail and was super rude. I cannot recomend based on experience there. I,ve spent a few thousand dollars in this shopping center. Denim exchange, is the worst shopping experience I've had in this shopping center and I'd say in the entire area. It is not fair for the other people working the store to have to deal with less customers because of immarture rude co-worker being rude to potential customers someone should retrain the crew to not allow shoddy treatmentof folks this is modern times and a smaller world through tech. If the storecannotafford toretrain then they should let liabilities like him go find employment else to protect their customers, employees as well as the growth and profit of their brand.
With all of the options to shop for comparable or even better items and prices at the other shops in the shopping center, I suggest spending money where people are happy to have paying customers. Id give less than one star but google by default makes review start with minimum one star. -negative stars times infinity

They have their doors locked at 3:50 pm unless someone special was shopping but I saw no one aside from the dude that works there. They are selective as to who they allow in.

This place is really bad, costumer service is the worst I was trying to exchange a pair of shoes and they denied it. The tickets said 14 days exchange policy. And no money back. Do not waste your money and time.

I dont know what these people talking a out , but everytime i walk up in here i dont get bad attitude i get a good dealt with service always see if i need something and get respect they deal with me real good got spiffy cloth from here fresh s*** straight up im bout to pull up and even cop the 5 low x clot if ya eva need fresh shoes and cloth this the spot no doubt !!! fuccc with the peeps .. ig:_hbeezy43

This place is a wannabe sheikh and 711 combined .. from the attitude and the way they talk to the way they offer customer service. I would not recommend wasting your money in this place. Way over priced. If you want a similar place with great price then hit the sheikh at the malls. Horrible experiences not worth it...
