Some of the worst customer service only comparable to timeshare salesman. I came in looking for a wedding band (but first question asked was if I’d like to apply for credit). After refusing for the 20th time. I was completely ignored so I proceeded to find my own ring when I finally got the young lady to show me a ring I liked. I told her I needed it for 22 days out she told me that it would be special order and would take a min of 2 weeks to be delivered. I was pressured throughout the whole experience would never recommend anyone do business here. Sad this is the best we can do in our community.

I love coming to this Daniels …. This is my second time that I been here ,Beatriz is the person that has helped me with my purchase I love how she listen and helps you with your needs she’s the best ❤️❤️❤️ Definitely will be back.

Came shopping to this store today and they never disappoint! Deon and chris helped me and my husband out they were so helpful and explained everything step by step will definitely be coming back here highly recommended glad this is my home store♥️?? Theyr amazing and friendly even gave my daughter a coloring book so she was entertained meanwhile we were shopping thank you all!

Staff helping me was great. Meanwhile other two female associates kept chatting it away about personal drama and playing videos on personal cellphone loudly. Not sure if the girl talking about food was the manager (Beatriz) but discussing clients approval or declined status outloud to each other is a serious NO. Specially in front of customers. Level of professionalism amongst staff needs to be taught. Clients don't need to know how your feeling or how people are not doing their job. That's something that should be taken up to management and away from customers attention. Alice was really helpful from the moment we stepped in to the store. Would love to thank Alice for such professional appearance and attitude.

I have to strongly disagree with the respected review of Ms. Adral. I was actually being helped that day and the manager was working with 3 people at once including myself. So you can understand if one person is working with 3 people with 3 different situations, of course if you are overhearing or minding others conversations, you will hear them talk about other people’s information. What I saw was a manager who has built a relationship with her customers. The wait it took to receive a Daniel’s credit card did take some time, and what helped the time go by faster was her discussing her vacation she took and the food that she had. To support that, an elder gentleman entered the store laughing and joking about his money from his purchase is what the manager used for her vacation and was looking to buy something else! This store must be doing something right if people like this gentleman keep coming right back! In general, customers want to feel comfortable walking into a store; or at least I do! Like any job, talking about food and vacations are not inappropriate. It’s something we all have in common as humans and it was something that kept myself and others in the store intrigued and patient during our wait. That was what I considered in my opinion an “ice breaker” conversation. The personal stories the manager shares are professional yet also enjoyable! The young lady who I did hear watching a video on an iPad was very nice. I did have small conversation with her and she was watching training videos that the manager asked her to watch. Thank you Manager Betty for your amazing hard work! Thank you to the young lady who was speaking to me while I waited to be assisted. I highly encourage anyone who reads these reviews to please go and experience for yourself the amazing customer service! Do not read any review and prejudge. I feel that you can take it into consideration, but ultimately go see for yourself! You will get genuine wonderful customer service! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and all! It feels very welcoming in the store. Daniel’s in southgate is amazing!

Went in to look at prices for wedding bands with my fiancée feeling that the pricing was not going to be on the reasonable side. Luckily there was a sale for Father's Day that made the offer and the rings too hard to pass up considering we had seen the same wedding band at a different jeweler for about 700 more. Alice was very flexible and made it possible for us to get the rings we both wanted and at a reasonable price!!! Will be recommending this place to friends and family thank you again Alice!!!!!

Store manager jennifer is awsome!!! She will do whatever she can to help! Plus its always best to work with someone who has some kind of athority because if anyone can pull strings its the store managers. But she is very helpful very professional.

I bought a silver chain and cross for my son here and the lady sold me on an insurance policy when she stated that they would replace the chain if he ever broke it... sure enough, my 12 year old son breaks it and when I came to replace it, they tell me the insurance policy only replaces it if they can't fix it... thats not what they told me when I signed up, but ok. I left the chain there to get repaired. I go pick it up a couple of weeks later only to find out they had cut the chain length and made it shorter. Now the chain looks like a choker. When I explained the problem to the employees the manager came out and tried to lie about the chain not being cut even though it was obviously shorter than the 16" chain they had on display. At this point I remembered that It's pointless to argue with people like this so I just walked out to avoid further frustration. I strongly urge you to Save your time and sanity by going to a reputable jeweler instead of a trying to save a little money by shopping at this low rate shop. Trust me, you'll end up paying more in the end. Long story short, stay away from this place unless you want to get misinformed and ripped off. Actually, I would probably stay away from this entire chain of jewelry stores as I'm sure they have the same practices at their other locations.

I dropped into Daniels Jewelers in Southgate looking for a Christmas gift for my significant other. I met with Vicky the assistant manager of the store. Vicky was very courteous and knowledgeable. She showed me several very nice bracelets and rings. I was partial to a bracelet that was outside of my budget. Vicky offered to open up a line of credit so that I could I purchase the bracelet that day. While I declined her offer to open up a line of credit I'll definitely return to purchase the piece from Vicky. Throughout the experience Vicky kind and helpful and committed to helping me get exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely return to Daniels to purchase the bracelet from her. Her customer service was exceptional and very refreshing.
