The pharmacy is the worst the new employee's are so slow and rude one fat one that has a shoe stuck up her wazoo is so unprofessional and rude. Ana is a nice person but loves to talk to everyone and holds up the line I'll miss her bit had to change pharmacy because these new employee's are slow.

Worst experience I ordered pictures based on a promo they had online it said this specific location would have same day pickup I ordered them Wednesday 4/17 came in was told my pictures wouldn’t be available due to them missing a part of the printer mind you my order was paid for order was a bit over $50 the cashier asked me to either call the customer care service to get my order canceled or refund or come back on Tuesday 4/23 and they would be ready since they would be receiving the piece they needed for the printer I received a call from this location indicating that my order was ready came in and once again my order isn’t ready at all I live 35 mins away from this location not including LA traffic I’m here waiting for my picture and all I’ve been told is to move to a different line with no update on when my pictures will be ready.

First of all I have a severe ass thing and have my medicine and lotions send here and when I come to pick them out most of the time they don't have the lotion which is what keeps my skin from not falling and rotting and getting amputated.

Need a few hygiene products love the fact that they have a lot in their store I been to some CVS and low inventory not enough on hand products but at this location you can find pretty much anything and more or should I say "más"

Customer Service needs work. Today I approached an employee, who I later found out was the manager, only to be met with a rude remark. I said excuse me twice, I was ignored so I tapped her lightly. She looks at me disgusted and tells me that I did not need to touch her. I understand some people dislike physical touch, but I am a minor and I only meant to get her attention innocently. Of course I felt bad afterwards, she walked away from me. There was not really a way to complain to anyone, as she is the manager. But I will say her attitude towards me and my mother was rude. There is racial profiling happening definitely, after we spoke to an employee about this, she simply replied "she touched me." I did not dig my fingernail into her skin for her to have offended me, I simply tapped her. We have been customers of this store for a very long time and it is disappointing to see someone disrespectful and racist in charge. Thank you. I doubt this review will do anything, but I write it to warn other ethnic people, I did not catch her name but stay safe mi gente?
