Came here to try and take passport photos for me and my son. Their camera died in the process so I was told to come back 20 minutes later. I came back 30 minutes only to be told it's not charged at all. If you promote that you take passport photos then your camera should be charged at the end of the shift for the day so it's fully charged the next day, common sense.

Lady with red hair is very rude. I was trying to buy a disposable camera and when I was trying to look at the information on the back she came and snatched it like if I was doing something wrong and asked me if I was gonna buy it and what I was doing. I said yes and she did not give me my item back and instead walked me to the self checkout and did not hand me my item until the receipt had came out of the self checkout register. It was really rude and she needs to learn better customer service.

The associate with red dark hair and fair complexion gave me the worst experience and triggered an anxiety attack, while I was checking out. Her rudeness and lack of customer service skills is enough for me to not return to this location or any other cvs locations. This location needs to reconsider this person’s employment. I couldn’t find the survey information on the receipt to make a formal complaint to the company, so I will do it on here - publicly. My receipt was printed on 06:37 pm, 02/07/24 at the self checkout counter. Over all, I only spent 10 minutes in the store. Once I found the items I needed for my personal emergency, I walked over to the check out counter. Once I scanned all the items I had, I turned and asked the nearest associate for a bag (which I paid the 10 cents for). The associate did not greet me with a friendly gesture or acknowledge my presence before handing me the plastic bag. Instead, she looked straight at my items and then at the self check out screen. She took longer to read the items and confirm I paid for them than to give me the bag. I told her she can check the receipt. She had a smirk and in the most cynical way said no thank you. She then proceeded to stand right behind me, and stare. I have never felt so uncomfortable. Her stance to intimidate me and belittle me is unnecessary . She then made a belittling remark regarding the umbrella I had on my person. Her actions triggered my social anxiety. She still remained behind me as I was grabbing and waiting for the long receipt to print. I then told her if she needed to check the receipt she can. Once again, her cynical smirk and mocking reply “No , I have to watch the whole store” using her fingers to gesture as if I was ignorant and don’t understand. I then told her I do not appreciate her responses and asked to speak to her manager. She was extremely cynical and pointed to the team member standing on the other side of the normal check out line counter. Stephanie, was extremely professional and handled the situation with the out most respect and courtesy. She went above and beyond to ensure I continue my business with CVS. I made her aware that I was having a social anxiety panic attack due to the belittling and harassing actions made by the other associate. Stephanie was extremely empathetic and helped calm me down enough for me to be able to leave the store and go home safely. Despite the greatest effort made by Stephanie, I will not be returning to cvs and will continue to shop with the competition.

The worst customer service I have ever had, there is always a problem with the recipes and when I try to ask for help they get upset! In person and on the phone it is the same if they don't like their job they are not working people are sick with pain and receiving bad looks is bad ? very bad

Bee or Bea, the geriatric lady at the register with long red hair, is so rude to customers. When I went to this store, there was a line of elderly people who didn't know how to use the self checkout and were waiting for BEA to ring them up. As I only had a couple of items, I went to the empty self checkout lane (they were open) and Bea yelled at me to get to the back of the line. I tried to asking why I couldn't use it , however she kept yelling over me to get to the back of the line. If she would have spoken to me properly, I would have no issue but the way she YELLED at me was obviously rude. I went to the back of the line, and Bea steps away from the register to put the elderly people on the self checkout lane. They didn't know how to use it. This lady got stuck on the self check out to teach them how to use it, instead of ringing them up herself and letting others use the self check out. I didn't bother waiting and left. I've been coming to this cvs for years, and I've seen that lady every now and then. I've used the self checkout many times and that was the first time I had any problem there. Never going back there again. Y'all need a new cashier cuz that lady bitter and weird as hell.

I had a horrible experience at cvs the coupon machine never works I tried taking out coupons for my purchase and it didn’t print out I asked the lady in the checkout to help me and she completely ignored me.

Cvs pharmacy is no good when it comes to medication. They are always out of stock. I waited for 30min just so they said they ran out. That’s why I go to medicine cabinet down the street.

The genius sarcastic waste of a brain pharmacist... I went in to get my regular asthma inhaler... I could not find it in any of the aisles, as I had just come from Walgreens where they were sold out. I proceed to wait in line at the pharmacy section and when I see the pharmacist I ask, where are the inhalers should I wait in line for one? She says " you need a prescription to get one" what? Neither me nor my father nor PROBABLY ANYONE ELSE have ever needed a prescription for a INHALER! I had to go all the way to a CVS in Downey to get my inhaler.... Hope you get fired lady xoxo

the staff and management here is horrible. I went to this cvs looking for an item and I had to ask many employees about the item but yet they didn't want to answered my question and look annoyed about it . Not until I finally went to go talk to the manager and she also wasn't being straightforward and was saying lies that the item wasn't in stock even though I saw the name of item on a box , and was ready to be put on shelf. It seemed like if they don't want to put the items on the shelves and keep it for themselves. I am planning to report this location of cvs.

If i could give them 0 start i would. Pharmacy is terrible here. Spoke to an Asian older lady she said her name was Michelle, i don't know how true that is. She refused to transfer my daughters medication from a different pharmacy that had closed for the day. My daughter just got out of surgery and is in need of medication. Rude and unprofessional employee told me to call the law of i didn't so they could help me. I will escalate this further. She said her boss didn't have a phone number but i will make sure this employee gets disciplinary action. You can report pharmacist below.
