Came for a pick up that I ordered yesterday and they had no idea about it so I had to wait not counting just to get help from someone took me like 20 min and later they told me to wait an extra 10 min to get my order ready I just ordered a cup!!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The people working behind the counter are lazy and inconsiderate. Four employees sitting around chit chatting and all I need was an item from the shelf. They where 2 feet away from and the proceeded to tell me to find someone else... FOUR PEOPLE STANDING AROUND TALKING NOT DOING A DAMN THING FOR CUSTOMERS..

If i could give ZERO stars, I would. I felt as if i walked into a high school with a bunch of gossiping females not assisting anyone. I waited to be assisted at the jewelry department for 10 minutes as employees clearly saw me but were just talking. Finally, i asked one of the female workers and she said "the girl over there can help you" i said okay thank you! After waiting for a bit I assumed she would let her team know help was needed, i turned around to look for someone and the same girl said "well if you want help YOU need to go tell her" very rudely and continued to gossip with other female employees. THEN I waited in the makeup department while a group of 4 female workers saw me and when asking if they could help me after waiting 10+ mins they said "no we can't help you, go ahead and ask someone over there for help" and proceeded to chuckle amongst each other. I had things on hold for me to buy but I was so shocked by the customer service, i refuse to spend any money there. I have never been to a store with such blatantly rude employees that when asking for help respond with "no". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Do better.

BAD SERVICE!! I really don't write reviews because I personally don't like wasting my time on doing this, BUT today I feel I need to do it so. I order a dining table because I was having family over from out of state for new year n I needed a bigger table. The delivery date was this past Saturday. They brought the wrong set. I called the store they said I had to go in person n talk to one of the representatives. I did, they apologized n rescheduled for Today (Tuesday 1/2/24). As soon as they opened the box n noticed right away in was the same dumb table as before. They made the mistake twice!! The store claims it's the warehouse fault, the warehouse says it's the store n so back n forth. Here I go to the store once again n asked to speak to the supervisor hoping he'll b a better help. That guy called Edwin didn't do anything n asked "when can I reschedule a new delivery" still staying cool I say Friday. They couldn't because they don't do deliveries on Friday. At this point I'm like WTF!! I requested a vacay from my job Saturday (the original delivery) because I work Monday-Saturday. I really needed my table so I decided to stay home on Tuesday and loose my New Year holiday pay by not showing to work the next day. I was already having a personal day off Friday so I figured, Friday works. I canceled my order but Edwin was like "yeah it's fine go ahead n cancel" of course he had no issues with me canceling since I was using my warranty n the store gain nothing from my sale. At the end of the date I was left with no table, old table laying around on my kitchen table, no pay and just Waste of time! I received my family on plastic table n chairs n it was just a mess. Aesthetic new year eve my ass! Curacao sucks big time! I'm giving it a 1 star because I had to choose one.

Carmen helped me and was super patient and gave me great detailed explanations on questions I had. She was very friendly, helpful, and she worked fast which I appreciated. She's a hard worker and I am satisfied with her customer service, definitely will be coming back:)

MIREYA was incredibly condescending to my wife when she attempted to follow up on our bed and dresser order (which I got a full refund on) This place is absolutely terrible for furniture shopping, they constantly have furniture on the show floor that isn’t in stock and has been discontinued. Don’t bother unless you want to waste your time waiting for furniture that will never arrive. You’re better off going to an actual furniture store. Don’t believe all the fake reviews that staff force customers to write. Never coming back here. Good Bye

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Placed an order online for pick up in store and received confirmation that it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. I arrived today, Thursday, to pick up my order only to be told that they couldn’t find it. They radioed the person picking ecom orders and he never responded. I waited for about 20 mins while they radioed this guy and he never responded. However, the employees working at the counter also never made an effort to go find this guy or my order. At one point, there were 4 people behind the counter yet none of them made an effort to help me. After 20 mins of waiting, I asked to speak to a manager only to be told one was not available. At that point I had had enough so I walked out very frustrated and ended up canceling my $800 order. The dollar amount of the order may not have been that much, but at the end of the day they lost my business for life. Save yourself a horrible experience and do not shop at this sorry excuse of a business!!

Such an amazing experience. We went in looking for a watch for my husband and ended up taking more stuff. We came across Anabel Cervantez which made us feel comfortable, not pushy like other sales people. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and made our experience hassle free. Even though we had her walk back and forth she never gave us attitude. Definitely, asking for her next time we shop! Thanks Anabel.

Easy Sunday drive. Free hot dogs summer weekends 1pm-5pm (we missed it!). This store has a very wide variety of options; baby stuff to huge TV's. Their prices are very good, less than department stores, they guarantee it! They offer credit o.a.c. The staff greet at the door, are very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this store location for those looking for designer accessories, clothes, electronics (Portable A/C), Apple Air-Anything, computers, and beyond!

Great customer service! Ivan from electronics was very kind. Ivan helped us out through our purchases, and gave us all the information we asked for. He helped us make three great purchases, and made sure to explain the purchase. He also gave us a few tips, and was very professional, but still funny.
