Coolant was leaking on car. Went in on a Monday. They replaced a $10-$20 hose and charged $100 total. It is now Friday and it still leaks. First and last time going there.

I called today to try and get an idea of how I can get some help or be oriented in the right direction being that this is an Auto Repair shop with experience. I spoke to Fred Cox over the phone and I was trying to explain to him the situation with my truck and sounded like he got frustrated right away with my explanation by raising his voice and interrupting me while trying to explain. I am aware that I am not an expert in this field which is why I'm reaching out and maybe I wasn't using the correct "auto part" terms in order to come to an understanding over the phone. My main goal with this call was to see if someone can give me an estimate on cite where my truck is located since I am unable to drive it anywhere. I didn't call so that someone can make me feel d*** over the phone, I called for a service.

Best place to take your car. i take all my families cars my moms dads wife and my own. They have always taken care of me and never done me wrong. Not like other place that fix one thing and brake another. They are legit and very just with there pricing. They wont tell you to fix something that doesn't need fixing unless it really needs it, and they are on top of their game. They fix anything from classic american muscle to anything import. I don't trust anyone else with my moms Audi. And she only likes going to the stealership till i brought her here. Highly recommended. Try it for yourself Fred & Kevin will take care of you no doubt.
