First off, I want to thank Mr. Chamberlain for going out of his way to help me after my accident. This man went the extra mile to take care of me & even when I got flustered and upset at the predicament. He carried himself with poise & professionalism . My car came back absolutely amazing. I was iffy about going to an external company not recommended by my insurance ; but this company changed my perspective of that. Amazing shop & great people. Please give them your business. Thank you

I want to start of by saying that this is one of the best services that I have ever used, I got into a bad car accident on my way to work and my car had some bad damage in the front, my tire completely came off and my power steering was destroyed, the entire bottom was damaged, I didn't think my car could possibly be saved.After the Accident my car was towed to this Company "CNK Collision" at the 4383 Firestone Blvd South Gate 90280 Location and I didn't know what was gonna happen or what to expect it was my first accident and I was completely lost. After everything was handled with the insurance CNK Collision reached out to me and updated me on the situation, I explained I was new to this and they went above and beyond with their excellent service and professionalism. They walked me through the entire process and explained to me what everything meant, what to expect and how to handle the situation. They constantly gave me updates on the car progress and insurance updates, They worked fast and efficiently to do everything in their power to fix my car and eventually they succeed! They were able to fix up my car! It literally looks and feels new! I couldn't believe it, I was beyond happy and completely 100% satisfied with the amazing work that they did on my car. They detailed it, washed it and gave it an entirely new look, it literally looked as if I was picking it up straight from the dealership! Absolutely mind blown! They were very kind and helpful with my entire situation, they know what it's like to not be able to drive your car, they understood the situation I was in, I didn't have my car to drive and my job is far from my house, it was absolutely tough and very difficult to not have my car, they took it to heart to help me get back on the road as safely and as fast as possible, I am completely satisfied and all my needs were met!
