Received a quote for a tire rotation through Yelp. First one to reply to my request, most reasonable cost, and friendly response. The customer service in store was great and friendly, weren't trying to upsell me. Better prices than Discount Tire, Pep Boys, American Tire, etc.When I have to buy tires, I'll come here. Would come back anytime.

These guys are so unprofessional, called a few times because they wouldn’t answer, then when they finally answered, had the guy tell me he’d call me back to get the information for the price of my repair, and never got back to me, this place is a complete mess. And yes they’ll rip you off if you don’t know anything about cars, so be careful with these rats.

Great shop! They repaired my Honda hatchback and installed the under carriage liner for it. Good customer service and family owned. They are all a very friendly team. Ask for Ed, Ed Sr., Yadira, or Oscar. 10/10

This is the only tire shop I trust. Excellent service and dedicated staff. I've came here for varies tire related services and I'm always beyond satisfied at the quality they provide. Staff are skilled and enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this spot if you care about your ride.

Used to be my go to place because it's on the perfect location. However, the service has taken a 180 from what is used to be. I was turned over twice 3 months ago because apparently now you need an appointment for everything. Even if you're willing to wait they don't take you in. Today I needed a patch job 10 minutes before their closing time and the office turned me over because it takes 15 minutes longer to perform the job. I recall 1 instance where I arrived right at their closing time and I was helped out. I won't return here even if I have an emergency.

So I have to say after after 25 calls later with other tire places, the best deal I got was here with City Tires. I am very grateful that they were able to work around my budget. Great communication and great service. Eddie was the person I spoke to from the time he answered the phone and the time and he got me my tires and kept communicating when my tires would arrive !!!! This is definitely one of the best customer service that I have seen around in the city!!!! I definitely will call him again if and referred my family and friends, and needed services. Thanks Eddie again for the great customer service.!!!
