Very bad atm after hours. Long line always for just one atm. U can’t use it card to access lobby atms as it has a broken card reader. This place and all chases in SouthGate bell and especially Huntington park need to be regulated and monitored closer as they seem to enjoy watching there public suffer. If I had another choice I would rather drive completely out of my then go there.

Very poor quality of bank, they have me waiting for 2 months to resolve something about my account, they lie a lot, they do not take care of their clients, I do not recommend this bank at all, they are very irresponsible, they are very bad looking

Today 3/29/2024 I visited chase bank the outside ATM machine was not working properly not dispensing cash nor letting me deposit any money that’s weird I went in the inside of the chase bank use the closes ATM to the the door and it had gang affiliated graffiti on it and it needs to be removed asap please do a walk through and do your job

ATMs never work? Been here 3 different times and the same. Chase you guys are dropping the ball. You closed the lynwood location. I don’t even know why I have chase at this point.

This location always has a line to use the 1 ATM outside, doors always closed to access the inside ATM which is so frustrating!!.. considering taking my business elsewhere ?

I’m here to open my daughters first account Eva is helping us, let me just say she’s NOT! At all welcoming, we came last week and she was very serious also not welcoming very dismissive towards me, mind you my daughter just turned 18 and this is one of many of first experience as an adult so I’m excited but Eva is not making this exciting for us, so she made us an appointment for today and I didn’t review her last week because I thought maybe it’s just early but today same thing not even a good morning today, she needs to learn costumer service skills if she’s gonna be dealing with ppl and maybe not be dismissive towards parents coming in with our kids, she never even made eye contact with me, So rude! But anyway yea just know she’s not the best I’ve came into contact at a bank?
