I would like to give an enormous thank you to Damian at Central Ford Dealer in South Gate for going above and beyond. His awesome service was amazing there was no pressure at all, he gave me time to think about the deals being offered. I also wanted to thank AJ for an extreme fast turnaround time on getting my choice of a car from another dealer, I was speechless on how quickly the car was at their dealership. Alfonso from the finance department was thorough with all the documents that need it to be signed and had an outgoing attitude and made the process go quick.

Made an appointment for a Wednesday for our vehicle. Dropped it off, and Service informed us that it would be ready by Monday. Called on Friday to check for an update, and the Service Tech informed us that the vehicle hasn't even been touched/moved yet. There was no professionalism whatsoever. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the dealership for any service needs.

While give it zero stars if i could, my experience:
My car took a week to be fixed, when it should have been done in 2 days, they didn't do a complimentary car wash, my paint was chipped as well. They said they would fix it, but it's been a week and they haven't done anything.
