“I've been coming here, since it opened, never any issues. It's out of my way, but I really love the wash, and vacuums. Friendly staff, all great, even today, even after what happened. I'll explain, I've always, and forever have gotten the Ultimate Car wash here, but today, the roller grabbed on to my top rack, and broke it. I know, :(, I spoke with manager, Diego, he promised they would order the part, and took VIN, and all info, hopefully it'll be resolved, he promised no more than two weeks, so we'll see. He did recommend, not to get the ultimate wash anymore, because the last roller, does go down, and will cause damage again on my SUV.

“Not much to say, it was 3 a.m., and they were closed. Lot was clean, and I could get gas using my credit card, just no receipt. We stopped to air the trailer tires. It isn't a big area but big enough to turn our small trailer around to air the other side. Gas prices were reasonable so we gassed up as well.”
