My wife brought 2 fajas for my daughter and a friend, and the person explained there was no refund option, just exchange. The fajas were small, and she returned to change, but at the same time, my daughter said if it was another style, it would be better. Well, the lady say can only exchange for the same style, no matter if the other style is more expensive, so not only the store loses money but also a customer because my wife buy fajas all the time. After that, my wife ran to another store nearby and got 2 other fajas, and the lady there said she could exchange for any product at the store. NOT BUY HERE unless you are sure you don't need exchange.

Im literally speechless, my body looks A1! I literally was so insecure with my stomach cause im a heavy girl, im 219 pounds and XL full body faja guitara i didnt know how to put it in and let me tell u ladies, MICHELLE is the sweetest she made me feel so comfortable and she HELPED ME and she told me it fits and it did!!!! And i was doughting myself because i didnt know how and I appreciate her sooooo much, and for me to put a review damnnn, service is A1!!!!!! Michelle thank you for guiding me and helping me honestly my stomach is bad and YOU did that now i look SNATCHED. I got the so snatched belt too and OMG I LOOK GOOD!!!! Im soooooo happy literally made me feel back to life. Thank you michelle for helping me everystep !!!! ??

Nice and clean place, a lot of variety in sizes, shapes, colors… Michel was the person who helped me, she was so helpful and nice with me. She suggested and give me her opinion about my size .. I’m size 9 in pants and I got size M. I try size L and M .. I love the comfort with the faja !

I just had the a horrible experience here I called customer support they tried being helpful but at the end of the day were rude as well. I was told that footage would be checked and apparently they record audio while you're in there. I explain my alteration was wrong that I came in explained what I wanted and was told to try on a shaped two sizes smaller it fit but I explained multiple times I only wanted the hook portion alters I asked can I have only certain hook she explained they only do all hooks. Instead the whole garment was altered. I was not upset at this point they explain it said completely and I signed the document. It said completely 2 I thought this meant the amount of sizes being 2 no one explained what I wanted is called tummy only. I believe Brenda or Janita then proceeded to rolls her yes and give me attitude. I explained what I thought completely meant so they said that didn't help me I asked what my option are etc. then this woman giggled and I was fuming . All this was explained to customer service also that I left with the mistakenly altered shaper literally shaking. I told customer service they tried to be helpful but seemed annoyed and kept interrupting me I understand they wanted to get off the phone it closing time. But damn I just had a bad experience and wasted 55 bucks also no one told me tummy only is less money. Customer service told me word for word well when a customer walks into a business you don't just tell them every about your business right away. I don't have a business but this seems incorrect. I understand the miscommunication but customer service can salvage those thing and it seems these people didn't care to do that they even said go ahead right a review. Don't give your money to rude people who don't appreciate your patronage. I know it's bullshit too because I even made a comment when paying that I have had a bbl but I do have fat butt so I need it only change in the waist. Then some from customer service said I'll check footage but we don't show you so. Translation even though you are right it doesn't matter I'll take your money and tell you in other words to fuck off. This was in South Gate location but customer service is 909 so I'm sure either way it's the same bad vibe.

We loved our fajas (mom, sister and I) & the fact that Janira helped us and showed us her trips and tricks on how to get it on easier & how to take care of them. Recommended to all our friends and family! If you go to Cali Curves in SouthGate make sure to ask for Janira!??

I was in need of a new Faja , I saw one that I thought I'd like, it arrive I tried it on and it was too small I tried returning it and I was told it was stained, I checked it and there was no stain at all. It is their way for no replacing them. If you are unsure don't buy from them. Their policy is non existence.

Customer service is amazing! Brenda was able to find the right faja for me and even helped me trying it on. She was really patience with me as I wasn't sure what I needed to get so she educated me on it. The quality of the fajas are great in my opinion. Thank you Brenda!

Customer service at pick up was great but the fajas themselves are terrible quality. They're so uncomfortable and itchy, something I have never experienced with any other brand of fajas. I have a BBL so I have tried quite a few brands and styles, but theirs was by far the lowest quality for the price. It's unfortunate their return policy is pretty much non existent, as I would return it in a heartbeat.

The girl's are super helpful. They helped me find my exact size. Plus the best thing helped me put on the faja. I would of gave up. Walked out with a tiny waist. Love the customer service. Definitely going back with them for my next faja. Thanks girls.

Incompetent workers! I give them a call after being recommended to them and they advice me to take my measurements at home. I take my measurements I am a 33 at my waist. I am just 2 weeks post op from a 360 lipo bbl. I give the girl that was helping me my measurements and she gives me a medium and helps me put it on. As she's helping me put it on I'm explaining to her that's it's uncomfortably tight and I ask if it's supposed to hurt as it's so tight. She explains that it is supposed to be very uncomfortable and it'll loosen up. Right under my breasts it was bulging out and I again asked if it's supposed to be sticking out as my skin is still trying to go back to normal. She explains yes it's normal as it loosens up I'll be able to lift it up to compress that part. The girl tells me if it's too tight I can come back and get a different size but I have to stay with the same style and color of faja. I go home and I couldn't be in it more than an hour and a half being that it kept rolling and digging into my waists. I kept having to tell my husband to pull it up from the back but as soon as he would let go it would dig back into my waist. It left me nasty marks on my skin that I'm still two days later trying to lotion and massage away. When I took the garment off the place has closed so I had to wait till today Tuesday to go back and see if they can give me another size. Before I went I looked online to see the measurements of the faja and turns out I should've received a large which is for 32-33 at the waist. I talk to the "manager" and she tells me that there's no way the medium is only for 30-31. I show her and she replied with "oh well we can't do exchanges" she proceeded to tell me it's my fault for leaving with the faja knowing it was too tight. When I kept explaining it was and I was getting told it's normal to feel the way I was feeling. Horrible horrible customer service.
