Worst store yet! The employees they hire is the worst part of the store. They look like they are working there for free. Worst attitude. Never a smile or welcoming feel to this store. Best part they always forget to take the sensors from their articles and the "security" personnel always approaches you as if you stole something. SMH! Hire better people DD's. Hire people that really want to work.

I came to return some items I purchased due to them being used already. I noticed when I opened the boxes at home. They need to improve in their customer service. I as a customer do not want to hear or know about their work related issues they're having let alone hear about their personal lives. I just came out from making my returns and I'm not content with their service. It's disappointing to see that one of the personal not being professional is the manager. The cashier and the manager having their own conversations while ignoring the fact that they have customers in front of them. This is not the first time and this is why I will be driving somewhere else to take my money/business to.

one star is a lot .... went in today 1/17/2023 at 1 pm starting the new year with horrible customer service i was charged 4!!!! times for 1 item by a cashier named reyna... was in a hurry to pick up my baby that's why i didn't notice went back at 4 they checked the cameras i was fine with that but the owner needs to see how rude she is with customers and employees shes very unpleasant and unprofessional who in the hell made her a manger she should never be allowed to help customers im pretty sure she has overpriced others not just me....the higher end need to look in to this witch

Very very prejudice store . I will never come here again . The cashier was rude . When me and my family walked in there was no welcome to dds but everyone else had that greeting . If I could rate no stars I would.

This DDs has nice things but I will definitely avoid due to customer service. I was in line still debating on a item no one else was in line behind me. I had not realized the cashier was calling me, so when I did I said "give me a minute" less than 1 minute I was walking up already when the supposedly manager comes over and says "don't get mad at her because she has a job to do" so I tell her I am not mad? To what she says "we have a lot to do" so I give her my item I don't want and try to tell the cashier my intentions were not to offend you to what the cashier responded "you're not the first" and her supposedly manager is still in the background talking about me so I ask her (the manager) to give me corporates number and suddenly she is deaf. And begins speaking over their radio sharing the scenario. And starts speaking about me in 3rd person instead of giving me the # tells the cashier tell her it's on the receipt and when i tell them that # says it's for checks that don't clear only one other cashier comes over to see. I've never had such a horrible experience. I will never again step foot here.

Your staff last night 8/4/21 at 940pm Gave me counterfeit money and now I'm stuck with a fake $20 bill and asked out of my money!!! They're doing some illegal inside work in giving their customers counterfeit money. They're doing money laundering inside this store STOP GOING HERE !! South Gate location on Tweedy!!!

Went in to shop and was extremely happy to not only walk away with great deals but also see how clean and organized. We were greeted as soon as I walked in and were welcomed by several associates . They have great prices for apparel and for your home . The store looked great and extremely fast check out . Love DD's . I'll be coming here often !
