Not only I had one of the best bridal dress shopping experiences at Vivienne with all my bridesmaids it was shop #3 and a long day but what a way to end it. She listened and was super attentive to what I was looking for in my dress and did I mention she nailed it on the first dress try on and in my price range. She was that good! From the second we walked in, Tamiko helped me with parking and took the time to actually sit down and ask me about everything. She suggested which one I try on first and it was the dress I walked out with! I was able to try on some gorgeous dresses and she helped every step of the way. The details in the dress design are so thoughtful and felt like the perfect Korean-American blend.

“I honestly didn't expect to come here, as it's an hour away from home, but they had a dress in store that I was looking at online after seeing this dress online in another boutique but they didn't have it. I had a good experience here that made up for my previous boutique experience. The staff here let me browse through their aisles of wedding dresses, which I didn't really get to do before because the other place the stylist would pull things for me based on what I thought I wanted. Here I was left alone to look at each wedding gown and when I was ready Jennifer got the wedding gowns down for me. She helped me into them, let me walk around in them, didn't pressure me into buying anything. Just how I like to shop, stress free. I was quoted a price for the dress & the price was written down on the card. I came back a week later to try it on again and ended up purchasing the dress. The entire situation was very low-key, I didn't feel pressured, and I got my dress for about the price that it's listed on online. The plus side too is that they estimated my size correctly based off another dress the designer had so that I didn't have to do size alterations.”

Alex (I think that was his name, sorry) but the only guy working at the shop on Sunday, was amazing, I told him my budget & type of dress I was looking for and he directed me to the section of what I wanted. “We came here in Feb to take a passport for our 6-year-old. Johnny and the lady were very friendly. The price was reasonable. Johnny edited and processed the photo right away and we got the photo on the spot. An interesting follow-up story: When we submitted the passport application at a post office, the postal clerks said the head looked a bit small on the photo. While they accepted the photo, they also said that if any issues arose, we would receive a letter and have a chance to re-submit the photo. However, the application was processed without any issues and we already received the new passport without delays. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised because I saw how Johnny edited the photo with care. He knew what he was doing. If you need your passport photo fast and compliant, I highly recommend this place. I also recommend you call first to set up a time before you go. Good luck!”

“There was so many selection of dresses, ranging from many different styles as well. Joy and her team was wonderful and helpful. I had my eye on a dress, but left because I was not yet sure of fully committing. And when I came back, she honored the price she gave me when I was first there, and made sure my dress alterations fit my perception of my dream dress. She is very kind and spoke very sweetly, doesn't make you feel uncomfortable during the trial, and does her best to help you look good. My dress alterations took about a month.”
