“All in going to say is THANK U. I was able to pay for my dogs surgery, thanks to these fine people at this branch. I came in crying because a different branch straight out told me I couldn't withdraw my own money from my CD account to pay for his surgery. And I was a mess accepting the fact that he would die because that other branch straight out told me I couldn't take my own money. But thank you south gate branch. My baby is home now recuperating and I couldmt be more Thankful for you all. I don't know how else to Thank you for assisting me in this already horrible, painful day I was going through. And for your empathy and kind words. Thank you”

“Lets get one thing straight- banks almost never have the best reviews. From my personal experience, this BOA has always provided me with great service. Plus their ATM machines are almost never full of lines! I have never had to wait a long time whenever I come here. Rarely do I set foot in banks unless I absolutely have to. This one however has been quite the exception. If I ever needed to deal with such an issue, they have been prompt and professional about it. I guess amongst others, they havent done the same. I cannot speak for them. They do have abundant parking in the back with 2 drive up ATM machines. Just be careful driving up them at dusk.”

“I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon. I was able to see a banker right away. Her name was Bibi, and coming from someone who worked for Citibank for many years I am very impressed with how she handled my accounts. I was able to take care of my matters in a heart beat. My teller was very friendly as well. I gave it a star off because I notice there wasn't any urgency for clients waiting. Otherwise it was not packed and have available seating area with refreshments.”
