Jasmin Andrade was the associate who opened a bank account for me. I specifically requested a new address due to safety domestic violence and stalking issues and she refused to use my new address without telling me and sent all of my information to my old abusers address. She then refused to put in my new address when I confronted her. Now I have to cancel my account, request a new card, and file a police report. I have called the bank multiple times only to be hung up on.

Very terrible service Veronica's only response is to make an appointment. Oh, by the way, we only have appointments for two weeks from now. This place is a joke. Their service agents gave such an attitude. Saying " you can go ahead and make an appointment at another financial center if you don't like it. I needed help because my cards were lost. I dont want anyone to use my and my wifes cards. Apparently, I have to wait 12 days to cancel and request new cards. I can see veronica leading by example at this place . I will be going to another center to close my accounts. Good by BOA.

Worst experience ever. I made an appointment online because it is so difficult to be helped otherwise. The appointment was worthless because even though it was at 9 am I was helped until 10 am. This is ridiculous and lack of respect from this bank to customers. The lines are super long and the bank doesn’t have enough staff to help the community. Thinking to move to a different bank that provides better services then offered at this one.

Do Not go to the atms outside they will get your card info and make another card and take all your money!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME it has happened to me and it was 2 different cards one last year and one today, took about 1000$ each card!! I will never be coming here again!!! I usually don't even come to this bank but I had to take some emergency money out and it was closest to me, I happen to come to this exact bank ONLY 2 times and this happens those 2 times!! I've never had fraudulent money taken out until I came here !! Also, the thieves literally waited till my exact pay day to take all of the money, the card was with me so I know it couldn't have been someone close to me, when you swipe your card at atm, they take your card information and duplicate it onto a new card, then they return to this bank and take the money out!!!

I visited this location on a Saturday in hope to cash my paycheck. I was informed since my employer shorted my 1st name I would have to open an account in order to cash my check. I returned Monday morning opened an account only to be told by the branch manager Rosa Timoteo that she would not cash the check. I reminded her in fact she was the one Saturday that told me I'd have to open an account in order to cash the check. What this woman did next was entirely discussing, not only did she lie and stated she never told me that. I asked for her District Manager name and number. She wrote the DM name and refused to give me her number.I contacted customer service and filled a complaint, this is the worst customer service I have ever received.

The workers here are the laziest. they have million excuses not to help you so you can leave their location and go somewhere else . This is a waste of time coming here.

Horrible service. Seems like the cashiers get paid to do nothing. Always on break. Letting the lines get out of control. Having to wait an hour just for someone can do something so quick and simple.

It the option was available, I would rate this branch 0 stars. The service is unacceptable. There is very few staff and the ones present do not make themselves available. They walk around dangling their keys talking and laughing with each other instead of helping the customers waiting. I waited over 45 min in line waiting to be helped. The general manager is the worst of them all. She was very demeaning and stated I could not cash the check as requested. She made up an excuse that does not align with the bank policy on their website. I came in for a transaction and left with a closed account. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst bank/branch. The staff here is very unprofessional. The general manager discriminated against me. The staff also talks very loudly and demeaning to clients (especially a male sitting at a desk and the general manager). I walked out and will never be going back again.

Worst bank I've ever been to I want to close my B of A Account because of this bank. 2 tellers, 20 people in line. 1 manager in the back on their phone, 2 bank employees sitting on computers. Do you give a shit about your customers at all? I hope this bank closes. The worst never going back.

I only go here to deposit my rent payment however I do not look forward or enjoy banking here. Always long lines, to few bank tellers and it seems to be about the only bank that makes people wait outside! Don't have the time or patience for this. Would never open an account of my own here.
