Their service is really bad. Cashiers are not helpful at all and disrespectful. Tried to make a return/exchange because the oil I bought was used and I even showed them. I had purchased about an hour before and they did not want to exchange it and also the one who had charged me claimed he did not help me. I even told the SUPERVISOR to check cameras and she refused.

I don’t know much about cars other then driving them.. So when my car battery died I headed to Autozone right when they opened. It was nice to see a young lady working there, she was very helpful and I felt more at ease. But the star of the show was Eliezer (i hope I typed it correctly). He was so kind and patient when asked if he could change my battery out. I drove off very content. Thanks

I got in and out in a hurry. Everything was in stock. two things that surprised me. One every time I return used oil I was usually told the bin is full so they can't accept it, but they did this time. The second I bought a tool, and they said I didn't need a receipt. If it breaks just bring it back and they will swap it right away. I was very satisfied
