Hello All, I am the president of the Board of our association. I have to write a review on this company because we recently have purchased our own commercial speed queen machines for our building...and I have to say PWS is the place to buy or rent your washer and dryers. Their equipment is Best by far in the Laundry Industry, not only is their water and dryers spectacular. Their sales team is magnificent...people who have I have dealt with our top notch at this company. Lets start off with their amazing sales rep Rick Adams, thank you for being so Awesome to work with when purchasing the right washer and dryers we needed for our building. Next the technician rep Alex B. who got everything up and running and showed us all the ends and outs nohow to operate and utilize these machines to their fullest potential. Lastly, lets deal with their customer service who are always ready to get things right for any questions or concerns you may have, thank you Veronica Vela and Marita Munoz...The PWS team has been so pleasant to work with and I am so grateful with how professional and timely they have been with our association. If anyone is looking for new washer and dryers PWS in my opinion is the only way to go. Our association will be a lifetime customer!!!

The office women need some serious help in the customer service department. Or at the very least they need to quit blatantly lying to customers. This is putting it very nicely. I needed residential in home service on my washer and put in an online request on Monday. No response back. On Wednesday I call them, and am told that a service person can come on Friday, but was given no time frame. At noon I called and spoke to a different woman from my Wednesday call who told me "no" your address is not on the list for today. A little while later I received an email from the woman I spoke to on Wednesday saying the technician had a family emergency and would come Tuesday instead, she would call first thing in the morning to give me a time. Hmmm. Tuesday comes around and technician is at my house bright and early. Technician said, "the office lady just called and said you guys were on the phone wondering where I am". My husband said "no, we saw your van right here". Well, that's strange....why is she lying? My husband brought up the Friday issue with him and was told "yes, I had a family emergency, but you were never on my list for Friday". Another lie from the office woman. WTH? Fast forward, my washer is fixed, technician is great and efficient, and the only positive part of this company. Lastly, my credit card is billed for the service call and I don't receive an invoice. Two days later, after giving them a chance to complete billing, I realize "they are simply not sending one". I have to contact them yet again to request my invoice. Good grief. Worst of all is that with all the dishonesty these women have shown, I hate that I was required to give over a credit card #prior to the call.

do not buy from this scam company-horrible reviews should have told me something. ordered a part from them paid for overnight delivery by 10:30am-not here-call them-only to be told there is nothing they can do? wtf? that is bullshit-you have on your website different options for delivery-i paid you scum bags not fedex so therefore a refund should be coming from this scam company-they refused-even though it is an opiton on their website-that should tell you all something about this scam company-no wonder all the bad reviews. never again and i do not recommend anyone to this scam place.

I'm nor shocked at the 2 1/2 stars on Yelp for this company. I called to speak to a salesperson about 2 new washers and dryers. I was transferred twice as no one was picking up. Finally, Rick picked up the phone. I started to explain my situation and what I needed..... He hung up on me! Rude! Wow!!! Couldn't have just said, sorry Lady I can't help you.... No.... he just hung up on me. Last time I ever buy a machine from them!

Beware of their stealing. I ordered a part that I no longer needed, I placed a call to cancel it not a half hour later. The agent confirmed they would cancel and refund my paypal. That was Monday. Friday, I still don't have my refund and the agents are giving me the run around. Asked how long I can expect my refund only to be disconnected from the chat. I don't recommend using this store. Not one bit

What a horrific experience! They lost my order and didn't ship it on the same. The following day they told me that the parts we ordered are not in stock!! We specifically called this company and they told us that all parts were in stock! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will screw your order many possible ways!

I work at a nursing home and the dryer needed some parts so I jumped online and found PWS and ordered the parts thru them. Amanda S. was very helpful and communicated thoroughly thru email and gave me the information I was requesting. I would recommend them for parts and would use them again if the need arises.

Ordered some items that I needed desperately. The website gave no indication they were out of stock, so you know what I assumed. 2 weeks later, My GM asked me about the parts, so I called and they told me that the items will not be in till late December. I'm not one to blow my stack and I didn't but I did say, why didn't it say this on the website?? Why wasn't I informed?? With attitude, she tells me that I was sent an email during the period between when I ordered the parts and when I called. Basically, my job involves 50% of my time on the computer, I never got such an email. Had I gotten it, I would have made other arrangements, which I did after the call. The first company I called, shipped them out 2 days later. Got to love the new way of doing business, Carry NO INVENTORY!!!! I've been with them for years, but this was a deal-breaker.

I had a good experience. Good price so ordered from them on line. Got email one item a kit was backordered so I called. Very helpful got, belt that came with kit instead. Depends on who you talk to I guess. Did need to pay for shipping but one item was heavy. Jeff Barrick helped me over the phone, very efficient.

Why in the world would a company sell parts on their website that they KNOW are on backorder with no delivery date in sight? I bought a part for my dryer, they took my payment no problem, it took 60 seconds for the payment to be taken from my bank account but then the next day they tell me my part is on backorder with no delivery date known. Who can wait months for a dryer part? I canceled the order, at least they let me know so I didn't sit there for weeks waiting but now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund? Why when they took the money in 60 seconds? Don't sell on your website parts you KNOW you can't fulfill....wasted my time and I better get my money back.

I am rating PWS or should I say the employee at PWS who failed to inform me that my parts were not available 3 stars. Though they had located what I needed timely enough that the parts were ordered and delivered to my doorstep in just two days! After having a little confusion with website and wether or not I should have set up an account or just order as a guest I wanted to be sure my order even existed. Thanks to Jeff B., a representative who answered my call made me feel more than comfortable knowing I was being taken care of. He sent me the invoice, looked up tracking number and location of product, and also followed up with an email informing me if he could be if any assistance from this point forward he would be there. Overall I am happy with PWS and because the two dryer parts I ordered did not fully fix my problems I will be ordering from PWS again. Thank you for the email address Jeff! PWS is paying at least one person who is working for them.

Jeff was aggressive and unprofessional. There was an order issue. Their website showed a product I ordered. I did not receive it. Instead of making it right he got an attitude. Terrible. Alliance Laundry should be ashamed for even buying this company with a guy like Jeff onboard.

bad customer service, expensive shipping costs. Many of the employees have no knowledge of the parties they themselves sell. In their warehouse, they're always saturated with little people and little experience. A simple shipment takes two weeks to three. Better buy on EBay if you need anything faster

After my horrible experience with this company's customer service, I'm not surprised by the amount of negative reviews the company has. A few bad employees who lie and deceive customers should not define a company, but having not only experienced the deception first hand, but also seeing how no actions have been taken over the years to internally address these issues as expressed in many negative customers reviews, is concerning. The company lacks organization and effective internal communication, which causes so many miscommunications and problems for its employees and clients. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, and I have experienced various instance of this during my interactions with the company.
