I work at a nursing home and the dryer needed some parts so I jumped online and found PWS and ordered the parts thru them. Amanda S. was very helpful and communicated thoroughly thru email and gave me the information I was requesting. I would recommend them for parts and would use them again if the need arises.

I had a good experience. Good price so ordered from them on line. Got email one item a kit was backordered so I called. Very helpful got, belt that came with kit instead. Depends on who you talk to I guess. Did need to pay for shipping but one item was heavy. Jeff Barrick helped me over the phone, very efficient.

I am so sorry, this turned out to be my fault and when I tried to change the review it looked as if it hadn't actually gotten post e so I forgot about it. I've spoken to the salesman Michael and apologized. Sorry.
