Highly recommend this facility. First of all, the facility is always clean and the staff is awesome and friendly. I've stored here for many years and recently moved out but never had an issue. But I did want to bring up an issue of an incident with a crazy lady that was very disrespectful to the staff in the office. I feel as though the staff did not deserve to be treated this way. I also feared for my safety that when I wanted to go to my unit, that this racist lady will cause problems. I am an African American male and in these times now a days, us black men really have to tred lightly. I am glad the facilty has a lot of cameras and is very secure. I knew that if anything was to happen with this lady, the cameras would catch it. Overall 10/10, I would store here again. If you plan on storing here please be kind to the staff and maintentance, as they do work hard to keep the customers happy.

Water damage from StorAmerica's South Gate leaking roof. StorAmerica has not returned my calls or answered my claims in over two months. And I paid for the extra insurance (they are self insured) they offered which is a joke. customer service is hostile, negative, and combative. I do not recommend this facility.

Worst storage place ever , i was behind a month and called to see what time they will close because I was going to make a payment and they said my storage was going to be auctioned off , I hung up since I was furious, I kept getting emails regarding the unit that I was up almost 1000$ after they had it was going to be auctioned off after missing one payment ? I kept calling and was told the same thing , around January 31st I get a email that I need to pay the unit and I called and they said it was sold ? I lost all my things because someone told me my stuff was going to be sold after missing one payment but kept getting emails ? Didn't know I can sue a storage unit until now. Good thing I have the emails.

I've used A-American for years in the past. Always very happy with them. Need to use them again and called today to secure a space. Same highly responsive, competent service. They're even meeting me at 10 AM tomorrow to move me in with their free truck service. I've used other storage companies. Most of them are terrible. A-American is the best. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I had forgot to update my review. We used the storage for some months never had a problem. Any time I had a question I got an answer with no attitude which means a lot now and days!! I really appreciate that they always called before your payment was due so no late fees ... sometimes you have a lot going on an a call goes a loooooooong way!!! We ended up leaving just cause we had more space at home... but definitely a good storage place..

Great customer service! Josh did such a great job at showing me the different sizes available and made the move in process very easy.
