The Coke Zero from the fountain tasted like watermelon (I have no idea how they managed it!) and when my sister and I asked if we could change out the drinks because they tasted bad we were told that we could only trade one out despite BOTH being the weird tasting coke. Money wasted and horrible customer service!!

I rated 1 start because it was the only way I could write a review. This place just stole my wife's EBTinformation a took all the money. Last Sunday our son went to buy some snacks there I belive he just put the password and forgot to press Ok and left the card "open" after that they charge 57.54 on the card, an amount our son would never buy at 7/1. The next day having the information they made a purchase and got cash back out of the card then continue to empty the account and made a purchase on line at Walmart for $1000 until we realized the balance on the card and call the county and made a police report.
Sunday at 8:11 pm was the last transaction at this 7/11 on Atlantic and Florence Bell CA. Don't trust this people they are scammers and will steal yours information. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. My wife couldn't sleep all night calling and calling to resolve the problem. Again 7/11 Bell CA. Florence and Atlantic

Worst store just went with son for nachos and the chili was all water, told the man working he fixed it and I asked if I could replace my nachos with new ones because it was all watered down he said no after showing me that the chili now came out properly. I will NEVER go there again.

Horrible service and not only that but the store was messy and dirty. The guy talks to the customers like if they were trash not only that but he proceeded to talk to my family with pure disrespect. We tried being nice and understand he was busy but he he acts so mean. There was coffee stains all over and everything was “out of order”

The guy that works graveyard this FRIDAY morning, refused to open the door because he was MOPPING!!! All I wanted to purchase were cigarettes & a Monster®. It - ALMOST - felt racist. ??♂️
