Very poor customer service. I saw some disabled adults shopping there and they were treated like trash. The guy working there is so rude they act like they are doing you a favor when you’re a paying customer.

I've been coming to this store for a long time and I've never had any problems until today. I went in to buy some backwoods and I gave the cashier cash. Since the price went down I told him I was going to my car to see if I had change for another backwood. When I get back he tells me I never gave him the cash. When I told him I gave him the money he told me "no you didn't. You didn't give me any cash". I wasn't going to argue over a few dollars but he stole from me. He even insulted me saying "your neurons are probably messed up from all the smoking you do". After that I left the store and he kept my money. This was the older staff with glasses. Make sure you count the cash you hand him. He might forget and insult you after.

Not open 24 hours. I came around 2:50am. You can see an employee inside and I asked him “Ain’t y’all open 24?” And he responded with “No”

Worse service ever this old short lady kept talking bad about me and now that I confronted her about it she got upset and is refusing to serve me lol acting like she is the boss smh won't ever go there again

Good, pretty and cheap, the night order is good, the door is closed, but when he sees that you are someone he trusts, he opens the door for you and gave me a donut with my coffee.

Only problem is they’re not open 24/7. They lock the doors around 1 am to 6 am. Someone’s in there but you can’t even get in.. such a shame for the early birds.

They just updated their card readers and the NFC Tap pay for virtual wallets no longer works. I'll retract the 1 star review when this is fixed.

The store is closed between 2 and 3 AM and the lights are all on but the building is empty except for 1 car in the lot. I have to assume it's the employees but they're nowhere to be seen. I did not find out when they opened again, but I know it was closed for a while.

Not staying quiet this time!! This store has some of the rudest cashiers I have ever encountered!! The guy in there right now - 7/26/21 @ 9:47am looks dirty, greasy and is the rudest person ever. 7-11, word of advice...if your people don't present well, it will be difficult for clients to take them seriously. You are a customer serviced based business remind your employees of this!!

I really find it very bad taste that they never have pizza wings and all those fast foods that all 7 elevens have, and even if you ask for them, they don't make them like in others...

I would give this place no stars if possible! They have rats and roaches in there Fucken store! This place is so nasty. My mom and I came to wash next door, the water in our washers came out brown and they didn't care even tho they are in charge. We went to get snack and there was a hair in my moms hot dog and it looked nasty he said he wasn't going to give us a fresh hot dog until the old ones were done. He was so rude! And this place is nasty and unsanitary!!! Don't go to this place I'd rather die than eat here or ever go back
