When the LA store, which is now closed, was still open, I bought a Samsung drum washing machine there. They even gave me a free one-year warranty. In conclusion, it’s impossible to buy such a great product at such a low price as a new item. Even finding a used Samsung drum washing machine of the highest specifications that I use is difficult. Especially the Korean female staff member, whose name I don’t know, provided the best service with her kind, friendly, and professional attitude. I hope this store continues to thrive and stays in business for a long time, so consumers who want to buy good products at fair prices can choose it. Thank you so much !

Let me tell you I was skeptical about the OfferUp ad at first thought they’d tell me later it be more so I asked a few questions and I was going to finance which was still a good deal. I talked to Brian which was a pleasure to do business with since the very beginning, I striked a huge deal on this set and including 35mile delivery to me, I went in person and lemme tell you it was worth the drive! You’ll be amazed at their selection and willingness to negotiate. They also haul and install for a small fee! I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about appliances or if I ever need anymore stuff! Can’t wait til their El Monte location gets more stuff in! Come here don’t think about it!

I was in desperate need of a new vacuum. I personally own a Dyson and I didn’t feel like it was worth all the hype. I wanted to try an LG but instead purchased one for my sister. She completely feel in love with the double battery, therefore, she convinced me to purchase another one in September (2022) for my business. I haven’t had any issues up until this February (2023). My sister vacuum is going strong but the one I recently got 6 months ago is giving me problems. It appears that the battery is faulty. It screeches as if it’s being overused throughout a 5 minute session. I reached out to the chino location; no answer. I finally was able to reach ‘Rosie’ who encourage me to come back to the store and would help take care of it. Nevertheless, the Chino store does not have a consistent person operating the location. Both times I’ve called and went it appears no one is present to operate it. It’s unfortunate since I live two minutes away. Hoping they open soon since I’m still interested in purchasing another vacuum.

Shady business do not buy fromHere !!BEWARE!!1. Items came more damaged than first purchase through transit2. Unprofessional staff / bait and switch service3. I accrued now Almost $3400 in damages !!!I am not one to write bad reviews but this place needs to get shut downNot only did my washer and dryer come more damaged than purchased but I also paid for a "professional"Installation through Jeff . Driver literally dropped it off in my garage and almost left without installing in which I had to stop him Midway of leaving. I called the store and asked them why the driver isn't installing when I paid $70 for installation . He then called the driver they argued for 5 mins on the phone and driver gave me horrendous attitude the whole time as if it was my fault for requesting installation. Furthermore the driver didn't even complete installation he didn't attach the exit water hose and now I got water all over my house . I called backThe store and the manager Jeff to try to explain the situation . And nothing happened . I called back about 10 mins to take it upon myself to just install the exit hose myself however when I called Jeff had left the office to "call off sick" I then had to re explain myWhole situation again with another attendant named Rosie . Rosie then told me he's just a worker and there was ultimately nothing he can do , I asked him to speak to his managers to see what he can do and he started to give me attitude and hung up ..

Western Appliance is awesome! They have a great selection of LG & Samsung appliances for VERY reasonable prices. I went in on a Saturday morning looking for a washer, picked one out, & it was delivered and installed that afternoon! I'm likely going to get a new set of kitchen appliances from them.
