Had the best experiencing. Got a handpicked wine for dinner that I can't wait to try and even bought a second bottle just for relaxing after work. Reasonable prices, which says a ton right next to the expensive market

So I have cruised past this place regularly for a year and a half. I finally decided to say screw it, I'm going in... I need to see if I won anything on my last two lotto tix and needed some new ones... So as I am cruising home down Rosemead I flip a Uee and pull up to Tony's Market. They have all kinds of parking available here. Two green painted curb spots right out in front. side walk parking in front and about 10-15 spaces in a lot on the side. I have always thought that they have a lot more parking than patrons, and while technically right, it works for this place... Pro Tip: They have a mini deli in here with multiple types of meats and cheeses. I missed the price/sales list for the grub, but they do have it which is super kewl IMHO... So this is a pretty large store on the inside. Wrapped along two walls are cold/freezer cases holding drinks and a couple of perishable food items. A ton of shelves facing north to south inside hold everything from shampoo to antifreeze... I bet you may even be able to find some very unique items in here. They dont have a huge liquor selection as they are more of a market with a lot of prepackaged dehydrated grub and household supplies. What made me laugh is that behind the counter they had a number of hats on hooks covered in plastic so that the dust wont get to them... makes sense though, especially for some of the collegiate schools not named USC =P the guy who runs the place (not sure if he is "Tony" or not) was very nice and unassuming. He was helpful and offered everyone a smile and a polite thank you. Pretty good customer service for sure. Overall I liked this place even if it looked run down and I wasnt so sure about the sanitary condition. Nevertheless, its worth dropping in at if you need a lil something and dont wanna go to the liquor store or ampm/arco... PS their lotto machine sometimes moves a bit slow per "Tony"...
