TERRIBLE service. Bought lift shoes for a costume. to say they were excruciatingly uncomfortable would be an understatement. Shoes were tried on and immediately returned but they still charged 25% fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go elsewhere

Not happy at all with customer service. Bought just one pair but charged me twice! They suppose to cancel one order and refund the money for one pair but shipped both ! And still no credit giving.

Poor Customer Service. Very little customer rep can do for you. Long story short bought $212 worth of shoes returned them only to pay additional $62 worth of shipping cost since they do not provide free returns outside US and for them to refund me only $178.90 saying I quote "If a free shipping promotion was applied to the order then actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. Since the free shipping promotion was used on this order then the actual shipping costs were also deducted. The shipping cost we paid for you to keep the order was $23.33 Sorry for any confusion this may have caused." When clearly you can see the products account for $212 and no shipping fee of "$23.33" to be seen. I have bought a couple shoes and have been a supporter of the brand but this experience was a let down and I will not be recommending tallmenshoes to anyone anymore.

Ordered the Calto 3inch shoes for my wedding. Really good design and quality. Can’t recommend this company more, ordered it online to the UK. Shipped the very next day and was delivered within a week. Packaged well, and presentation of the box was of a high standard. Comfortable to wear and very discrete with regards to the 3 inch heel.

Nice looking shoes, but i have to return as they don't fit. I am however ordering another pair, but a different shoe. Would be nice if returns were covered.

Delivery only takes one or two days and shoes are packed very nicely. The shoes are attractive and good quality. I've never been disappointed with this company. An exchange was handled with no headache. I order for a friend, and he has been very satisfied. We are grateful for these products including the affordable prices and great sales.
