I took in my car to repair a front bumper and came out a very happy customer. A week prior I hit something laying on the freeway, which made me replace the front bumper and lower cover. The owner Jon was great and fine tuned my best options. The team did a great job in the replacement and painting. I was able to get back on the road in less than a week. I highly recommend Superior PV!

The entire process was very simple. Jonathan was super nice and explained the entire process step by step, so following along was very simple. In my case, insurance wasn't going to cover the cost of the damages, so I was paying out of pocket. Jonathan explained that his crew was going to use aftermarket parts for repair. During the entire repair process, he kept me updated with what was going on with repairs. He told me that there was damage to my headlight that could only be seen when taken apart, and sent me pictures of the broken mounting tabs. Overall, my experience here was extremely good. Customer service is top notch. Also, the speed at which they finished my car was fairly quick compared to other body shops. Will for sure be recommending this place to friends and family!

Superior is an awesome body shop! Dropped off my car for an estimate with the friendly employees and got me a quote on a timely matter and decided to leave my car to fix the damage. They got my car out faster than quoted time and car came out like brand new. I couldn't even tell that it had prior damage. Thanks Superior Pv auto!

Jonathan was very thorough explaining the whole process with the insurance company which was very helpful for those who are not familiar with the process. I have used different auto body shop and the explanation was not as thorough and transparent as it could be (Yes, transparency is hard to find these days if you go to auto shops - either they rip you off or they RIP you off but SPV is different in that way - which is rare). In regards of the quality of work, it was top notch. Updates were communicated every step of the way if there was any delay or back-ordered parts. Overall, service was very satisfactory and highly recommended.

My wife's car was rear ended on the 405. Got a hold of Jonathan's contact info from a mutual friend who said he did solid work for his family. Boy, am I glad I trusted him on this recommendation. Jonathan worked his magic and did an amazing job estimating the repair as well as dealing with the insurance company. He explained very clearly what the repair would entail. I specifically requested that any time he was being forced to use an aftermarket part, to let me know and give me an option to pay out-of-pocket to move up to an OEM part. He was more than happy to accommodate that. My repair timeline wasn't ideal as there were some issues with the insurance company authorizing the approval and waiting for parts availability, on top of the end-of-the-year holidays, but I'm more than happy to have waited to get the end result that I wanted. Jonathan even had some of our pre-existing dings and scratches buffed out elsewhere. I'm glad we took our business here as Jonathan went above and beyond.

My car got wrecked from the plastic cones on the freeway. I was already bummed by that and now I had to deal with finding a shop, dealing with insurance, being carless etc... It's so hard to find a shop that I trust and provides quality service. I stumbled upon this gem when a friend had to get her car fixed and she recommended me here. Superior PV is the epitome of professionalism with top quality service and when I mean top quality, I mean TOP QUALITY. My car was even washed and vacuumed when I picked it up! I knew it would take a few weeks for my car to get fixed because I dropped it off right before the holidays. I was transparent and told Jonathan I was a bit anxious dropping off my car for such a long period of time. He updated me every chance he could, when he would hear from the insurance company, what parts they were still waiting for etc... I really appreciate him taking the time to do that. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, detailed and honest (it's hard to find honest people these days, everyone fake in LA)! My experience was stress free/easy thanks to him and Superior PV. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My car got hit when someone changed lanes without looking, and it affected every panel on the driver's side. Because of it's great reputation for their service and work, I decided to come to Superior PV. I am so glad I did! Jonathan went above and beyond--communicating with my insurance, and helping me figure out how to transition my toddler's car seat to a rental conveniently. He even helped me install it in the rental! Seriously, above and beyond. I am so grateful because that would have taken me forever to do by myself. Additionally, the job the Superior PV team did on my car was amazing! It looked great when I got it back, and they even fixed a few small nicks I had that were not due to the accident. Plus, they vacuumed and shampooed the inside of my car! What a thoughtful, and much appreciated act. Thank you, Jonathan and Superior PV team. You all are amazing.

My car got rear ended and I was referred to this shop to get my bumper fixed. Jonathan was super helpful and answered all my questions. He went back and forth with me and the insurance and made sure I understood what was going on. Very reliable body shop. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The service I got here was top notch! I had a lot of body work that had to be done on basically the entire right side of my car after I was hit about a month ago by a careless driver. My attorney suggested I come to this auto body shop so I took his word for it and came in the day after he reserved a rental car for me. I am definitely glad he recommended this place because Superior PV did a GREAT job with the repairs. They even cleaned the interior for me! It was pretty messy inside when I dropped it off.. Jon was really friendly and helpful too! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me when it came to any questions I had. He also made sure to keep me informed on the progress of my repairs throughout the weeks. Thanks Jon!
