I had the most pleasant experience when I went into the office to rent a unit. I was most satisfied with the woman who greeted me in, her name was Amelia. Amelia answered all my questions with patience and a great smile. She showed me 3 different sized units, since I was unsure what size I needed. When we returned to the office to complete paperwork, she offered a free lock in exchange for a review. Her customer service made my renting experience such a delightful one. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this storage facility because of the customer service I received. Thank you Amelia.

I honestly love it here I can leave my stuff here knowing that there ok no one is going to steal them very safe place.Before coming here I went to a Self storage in Huntington park brand new place I was signing the papers to get a storage room.And as I was there a elderly couple walk in mad because they had gotten in to her storage and took her stuff.I was kind brushing it off not really caring and boom another couple came in because they got in there storage too.I was like ok I don't think I want it I cancelled there on the spot and I told the guy helping me if I'm gonna pay for some too take my stuff might as well let them take it from my house why am I gonna pay to store away my stuff so that I can have them stolen. these self storage is on Alameda almost By Florence Ave.So don't go to the self storage they have cameras and gated doors make it seem safe but really no safety at all.These place I love it honestly I recommended here u won't regret it.Forget those big company self storage.
