horrible service. be aware you have to pay for items in one station & gas on another station. regardless if you were in line first they make you go back in line and wait again to pay your gas. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT!

I thought this place is 24hrs? Its 2am in the morning and the same guy working the nights always closes up to clean inside or outside and disregards anyone trying to pay with cash and makes them wait untill hes done. This morning 6 people had to wait to pump gas and it is the third time this happens that I've witness.

customer service is not all great. they got 2 separate lines for gas or food/drinks,etc. they'll have you wait when you're waiting to "pay for gas line". you have to speak up in order for them to acknowledge you!not even that but they didn't want to give me my correct change back for my gas.I use to like coming here but they started to hire people who throw off attitude and bad energy. I sadly hate pulling up. I don't look forward to put gas here anymore.talk to your employers about acknowledging customers or get rid of them-simple.plus if you're a girl, good luck! the women employees only acknowledge men

What was up with homegirl that was working last night at the Shell? Besides the gossiping and being on her phone. Do you not like when customers are asking for a product and then to be treated as if I’m bugging you? Well, that’s what you signed up for! Instead of gossiping and talking about another girl, you should worry about serving excellent customer service, SIN CARAS, ENTIENDES?!

I came spent 52 bucks on gas and car wash..went back in to ask cashier if their vacuum worked he said it should..I proceeded to tell him oh because there is a car parked there blocking it, he then laughs and says oh yea it's my car. I was like uhh ok...? Well why park there if you have customers that need to use the vacuum ....kid just shrugged his shoulders...oh yea he still didn't move his car...so I didn't vacuum....

I'm writing this review, reasons I had trouble with the car wash vacuum, I payed with Apple Pay and the vacuum turned on but it had no suction, so I went to speak with 7eleven employee since the vacuum is labeled 7-Eleven VAC , so Upon my encounter with the request for my $15 (I call now investment) i wasn't going to describe the identity of this species till I seen this dark skinned female stocking in the wings with gloves and whipping her gloves with napkins and proceeded to handle currency/moneys/shillings/monies, as we call it here in the English speaking USA, the shillings is mainly used now in Europe, Africa, anywho back to the 7eleven employee not taking off her gloves and proceeded to handle the bbq wings with the same gloves, only time the employee cleaned the the glove was to not to get the mutilated currency dirty with bbq sauce , I used that term, feds describe mutilated currency right before it's burned in pallets and then are able to print more using the serial numbers on the mutilated monies/currency/Dinar/ shilling, but I guess the 7-Eleven corporate doesn't care like every major corporation out there, this reminds me of the TWILIGHT ZONE!!!!
