Pump sucks. Very slow pump, Didn't stop and overflowed Filters need to be replaced, and rate of flow is very low, the return sensor didn't trigger, causing the tank to overflow. Don't come by this particular shell gas station often. But twice in a row with two different cars, it overflowed. Owner doesn't care to maintain its facility.

Don't come here expecting them to be generous by allowing you to put air in your tires. It will cost you a buck. Noooooo ty. I just drove literally across street to Arco. They gave me a token to use the air. And then I decided to fill up my tank.

This is the most disgusting gas station I have ever been to. It's worse than those gas stations you pass when you're on your way to Nevada. Lived in LA for 31 years and this place is the biggest DUMP I've encountered. None of the card readers work at the gas pumps. Nobody wants to wait in a long line to get gas, get your sh*t together, you make me sick!!!!!!!!

Pumps suck. I was getting some food at one of my favorite Mexican food stands (yes it's inside the Shell) and also needed some gas, so why not. It's cheaper across the street, but it's across the street and I'm already here. Anyway, it goes downhill from there. First pump's screen was so bad you couldn't read it to process credit card. Then I tried the next one and the machine froze. Waited about 5-10 mins and still no gas, so I cancelled and went across the street for cheaper gas, then find out Shell has two holds on my card for $125 each. They better not charge me for anything. Argh! The food at Lolita's was amazing though.

Worst service ever. I just got gas and tried to ask for air for my tires. The lady refuse to provide air even though I told her it is the law. They disregard the law and does not care about customers. She also refuse to give me the gas receipt.

This place is a fraud! Look at the price difference... Where is the IRS!! There is no way across the street can have almost $1 difference in gas prices. I've been going to this station every week. Never again!

DO NOT GO HERE. THE LITTLE MEXICAN LADY WHO WORKS THER CHARGED ME 125$ FOR A 10$ PURCHASE OF GAS. NOW SHE CANT REMEMBER. WOW THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAY WITH MY CHILDREN. IT WAS THE LAST OF MY MONEY AND MY BANK SAYS THEY CANT REFUND ME FOR 7 DAYS. I can't express how much I've been calling and 2 different cashier say there nothing they can do. Y today
