I hate having to put a negative review but unfortunately all the other negative reviews are true. We drove two hours going there ignoring the negative reviews. You call to make sure a vehicle is available they tell you it is they ask you what time you want to go in to test drive it. The told us to ask for Manny when we show up we get “helped” by Gabriel. They send you a text confirmation and then you show up and the car is not on the lot. The truck we went to go see was at the shop getting dents removed. We go to the shop where its supposed to be getting the dents fixed and they tell us its at the body shop and they dont have access to it. There is a lack if communication between who answers the phone and the lot itself. Dont waste your time on the drive. No apologies for the inconvenience.

These people are scammers do not visit them. Their cars are full of Bondo. This is the worst service I ever seen in my life run away from these people. Buying their cars it’s like buying trash.

Terrible service. Waited 5 hours for the finance guy to come in only to tell me that I’d pay double just for a car that’s worth just under 13k. The battery for the car was dead as well. Waste of time, hustlers who care very little about service. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

I would like to share my experience with this dealer. I had made an appointment to see a vehicle, but unfortunately, there were some issues that significantly impacted my visit. Firstly, the person I spoke to on the phone provided me with incorrect information regarding the location of the vehicle. I was told that it was in Norco, Ca, but it was actually located in El Monte, Ca. As a result, I ended up driving almost two hours to the wrong location before realizing the mistake and having to drive another two hours to the correct one.Upon finally arriving at the dealership, I took the vehicle for a test drive. However, I was disappointed to find that the vehicle was out of gas and in a very dirty condition both inside and outside. This lack of attention to detail was quite off-putting.Furthermore, my interaction with the salesperson, Manny, left much to be desired. He displayed a complete lack of customer service skills and was unnecessarily rude. To make matters worse, the price of the vehicle on their website was listed as $17,500.00, but Manny informed me that this price was incorrect and that the actual price should be $20,900.00. Additionally, he added a mandatory anti-theft insurance fee of $1500.00 without providing any alternatives or options. When I inquired about the possibility of avoiding this insurance, he became visibly upset, pushed my documents back towards me, and stated that I had no choice but to purchase the insurance if I wanted to buy the vehicle.Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective buyers to consider purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership. The combination of incorrect information, unprofessional behavior, and unexpected fees made this a highly unsatisfactory experience.

I should have checked reviews first and it’s for a reason. I called with questions on 10/26/2023 and for starters when I told them I had questions they sounded put off by it .Second the clown that asked me to submit my personal information never replied or confirm he received my personal information.Now I’m worried that a shady individual has my information. And no one has tried to reach out to reassure their employee has erased information.This place is rude all around 0 communication skillsJust terrible service don’t call they’ll try to belittle you.

Do not get a car from here. I recently bought a car from them and was told car was in good condition had been check and nothing was wrong with it.... But just two weeks later I had to have it towed to a shop because belt snapped while driving, fan and radiator went out, there is major damage, corrosion and large amounts of rust throughout the piping, also breaks are bad and has an exhaust leak. I tried calling and contacting them, and they refused to call me back. Their receptionist answers and says they will call back but they have not. I don't know how they're still running a business with how they treat their customers by selling them crappy cars that need work done.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT. I came to co-sign and they "shot-gunned" my credit file, which means they sent it off to so many banks. Each inquiry can potentially reduce my credit up to 15 POINTS EACHI directly communicated to only send it to 1 bank (Westlake), if they don't approve then they don't approve. Yet they kept passing my file to different managersI was told they have great relationship with banks yet they don't know the lenders criteria. I've sold cars for many years and would never do this. This is such a rookie move they should quite finance and work elsewhere

Travelled about 150miles from San Diego to this dealership. spent all day .asked on the phone couple times for total price.price of car + tax + fees all good but they tried to charged $1600 for Anti Theft device which they couldn't even show where it is , i am 99% sure , it is not any device there . they are just trying to steal extra money . when you ask about extra device he gets angry . salesperson name : REYES EMMANUEL.NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Planning report to DMV licensing department . they shouldn't operate like this.

Purchased a car not too long ago took it for a car wash the bumper fell off turns out whole car very well hidden all over body damage. not to mention a most likely illegal clear car fax report . Now its hard to trade this car because its worthless! Do Not shop here!

Adding to the ensemble of bad reviews here, each car sold has a mandatory $2,000 "anti theft device" mark up on top of the price listed. Just avoid this place and do yourself a favor
