If I could give Premier Auto Collision 10 stars, I would! Chuck and team tackled my extremely hard to work with insurance company and fought for me till my car was perfect! Chuck went out of his way on numerous occasions to find parts for my car that were on backorder and extremely hard to find. Many miles were put on his own vehicle to help me get in mine as fast as possible! Customer service and updates were on point! Getting in to an accident is extremely stressful as it is but Premier went out of their way to calm my nerves and help as much as possible. If I would have taken my car to one of the "big name brand shops" I would still be waiting for it to be done... Thank you Chuck and your team!

I had a horrible auto accident on the fwy and Hector and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish. My car was was fixed and looks brand new!! nobody could have done a better job and helped me through such a stressful process. Thank you hector and your team!

Premiere Auto Collision is most definitely a 100/10!!Needed some cosmetic work done to my car due to a hit and run, Hector & his team did an amazing job making my car look brand new again.

This review is a little over due. But as they say "better late than never." My car was only 6 days old when I was rear ended on the freeway. Hector took care of my car and I drove off his lot like nothing ever happened. Hector and his team kept me so well informed during this whole process from start to finish. They even helped me shop around for a rental vehicle. Crystal I believe was her name, would text me updates of my vehicle and send pictures. I would recommend all of my friends and family to Premiere Auto Collision. They are very professional and I promise you wont regret it.

I got t-boned last month, took my IS-250 here, Hector was super helpful, took his time to repair my car the right way despite the insurance company kept pushing him to get it done as quickly as possible, the result was like it never even happened, this is the 2nd service, the 1st one was many years ago, my work van got damaged on the sliding door, he fixed it right the 1st time, he doesn't cut corner, bring your car here instead of the insurance company's preferred body shop.

Could not have been more happy with my decision in choosing Premier Auto Collison. Chrystal and Hector were both so supportive, honest and understanding. They went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the whole process. Texting back to all of my maybe annoying texts asking 21 questions haha. They're both so sweet and def recommend them. Best auto collision shop ever! Got my car fixed and also added a new look to some part of it. Not only did my car come back looking brand sparkling new, it looked better than before with the added feature ! (grill painted) I love it ! They listen and tend to your needs and don't treat you like just another customer. Thank you Premiere!
