This is my third time coming to Nick's Income Tax. He helped for the previous years, I was so happy that I found someone near my house and I can ask any questions related to tax. He also provided advice on how I can reduce my tax and on the plus note he's funny. When I have tax related questions, his daughter always provides answers via phone. This year she helped me with everything and Im satisfied with the service .

Excellent service, very detailed and organized, especially now that the daughter comes out to help at the office. Nick was helpful and cool, Erin was sweet, nice, informative, and knowledgeable. Great place to get your tax done, no matter how complex it is

Unprofessional and rude. I tried to get information regarding family that passed away in 2022. Contacted him in March 2023. Called frequently for 2 months and Nick ended up yelling and implying awful things about my family. He was way out of line and shouldn't operate services if he can't maintain a level of professionalism.

Expect a 2-3 hour wait time because the company is just Nick slowly typing in numbers into a software. He is unknowledgeable and rude and will rush through your taxes without offering any explanations. Your return will be better going anywhere else.

Great service! I didn't have to spend too much time there. We provided our information, they prepared our taxes, we come in and review it together, then sign and submit. Easy as 1,2,3!! Price is reasonable compared to other CPA firms in the SGV. Thank you Nick!!

Nick Underwood has been such a wonderful person to know as well as prepare my taxes. He's very much invested in client happiness and clarity as well. I'm so glad to have been referred to him because he has incredible advice every step of the way. If I would do a none star I will be do it, this old men very rude and expensive, I newly come here, he prepared for me with our reviewing with me, I dropped the 1099 for him 2 weeks later tell me come back signs the paperwork, that it, don't come here he is too old he won't be a good tax preparer.

I'm surprised this guy is still in business. I came here a decade ago and he was rude. I guess he is doing something right if he stayed in business this long. I'd rather do my own taxes which surprisingly is easier and cheaper than this guy. Nick overcharges as well so expect to pay a high fee for a basic tax return.

Nick services has always been good to me and I don't really have anything to co.pare to since I've been going to him for over 10 years now. Whether it be for business or personal taxes I've always had a great experience with him and great service.
