Be aware of this Metro store. If you really need to give them business, make sure they offer you a new device in a seal box. It look like they sale many defective devices. Ohh one last thing, there is a fee for replacing a factory defective device even if still under warranty. But the good thing is that if you talk and become friends with the guy walking around the place carrying a little pouch on the side you might get lucky and he will not charge you for that.

Ricardo & Andrew went above and beyond to help with all my problems. They made sure that I was able to use their phone to speak with the insurance twice. They kept trying to resolve my phones & account issues. Ultimately they were able to take care of anything. They are polite, professional, helpful & concerned about my health. I would travel 18 miles again to get help or buy a phone. Thank you all

I stopped by today with an account issue and Jennifer and the rest of the staff were super friendly and so helpful. They took the time to hear me out, and did everything they could to correct my problem. I would highly recommend this store and the staff. They are genuine down to earth people and will do everything they can to get things right. Thank you!

Went in to get a screen protector & phone case. ANDREW was helpful and informative about the promotions they were offering at the moment. It was my first visit to metro because it's near my job & happy I stopped by. If you need any phone accessories or anything to do with phones go see Andrew! :) Thanks for your help. & My phone looks cute and protected now lol

I feel played. I bought my phone here about a month ago on smartpay- the guy sold the payment plan to me totally wrong. When I was finalizing everything and ready to walk out, I heard the manager answer the phone next to us and explain the smartpay system A LOT different then what my salesman had just told me I signed up for(the exact terms and fee percentages etc)... but the deal was basically done so I just said screw it I'll just do my best to pay it off in the 90 days, I already signed everything... the deal was done... what else could I do?When I got the phone, he told me it included my case, screen protector, and a little speaker for free! What a great deal!, I thought... a month later I look at my receipt to see my exact total to pay off and just now I'm paying attention the the exact charges: I was charged $40 for the case, $40 for the screen, and $40 for the speaker, which was the only thing that was credited on a "Buy 2 get 1 free deal". WTF. I didn't want the speaker! And if I had known I was being charged $40 for a case and $40 for a screen protector, I 100% would've bought them elsewhere. WHAT A SCAM! I called corporate to file a complaint, they said they would investigate, but at this point I feel like I won't even get credited back the money for those extra charges because it's on my smartpay agreement... Almost a whole $100 extra on my payment! I wish I could remember the guys name. I still have my receipt which has his csr ID but no name. This is supposed to be the corporate store!! BEWARE. Pay serious attention to what they're signing you up for, don't take their word for it.

I tried calling this store for 3 days. (714) 730-2864. The phone has been busy the entire time. We had "stay at home orders" on a rainy day and I drove to 4 stores and they were all slow. But no Iphone 11The several Metro Pcs store clerks told me only the Corporate office have the Iphone11. I have tried and tried to call. I called Monday at 10:40 and still the phone has a busy signal. Very unprofessional business etiquette.
