Make sure you order a year in advance because they will give you the run around promising you a timeline that will not be met and keep pushing it back a week when that week comes they’ll push it back another week so if you’re planning to order here make sure you order them a year in advance to hopefully have them by the time you need them even then I’m sure they’ll push it back another week I would post a picture of our jerseys however I can’t since we don’t even have them yet cus they’re pushed back another week we were promised the first week of September and ordered a month in advance

Have been getting jerseys for my team through MAGs for the last 3/4 years. The Jerseys are great! (They run a little small, order a size up) I wear them out and about all the time because they're comfortable.Communication is always easy and I have had no issues. I've used them before and the quality has been good. Just did a rather big order and never received the jerseys. I called Jenna to ask about the jerseys and she said "its out of our control". Um. No. I paid a lot of money for something I did not receive. I work from home. I sit literally at the window that leads to my doorstop. NOTHING was delivered. A company with good customer service would say -- oh, i'm sorry. It shows it was delivered. Let me call UPS and get right back to you. This is NOT what was said. I am definitely left with the feeling that if they cant get anywhere with UPS, I will be out several hundreds of dollars. It is unfortunate -- I have had good luck with them in the past. Times have changed apparently.

The worst customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Takes so long to get orders complete. Very rude and when I send emails nobody responds. I will never order from them again!
