This review is about the customer service of KTS Karaoke. They were very helpful and quick on solving the issue I had. I bought an IDOLpro 1300W Professional Karaoke Digital Echo Mixing Amplifier, and it had a problem with the sound. I brought up the issue with them and they quickly helped me to exchange the unit without any other questions. I appreciate their service and I will refer them to others. Thanks again KTS Karaoke!

Ok came to buy something I saw at internet (15:40, it said they close at 16:00) the sign said OPEN, I ring the bell and nobody open, after a couple mins a couple comes out form other door and asked me “how can I help you?” I told them I came to buy something I saw at their craigslist ads, but they didn’t care…My point is, if they don’t goin to respect their own hours, I recommend change it here, I came from far just to buy them some for sure, I would understand if were 15:55 and they’re almost close.Anyway, best wishes for them.

We purchased the system directly from dtskaraoke with several items : ips630, sps502, uhf626 and ip3900. Sound are great the only thing when the ups delivered they damage one of the right side speaker . So I call the company they send me the replacement the next day, everyone enjoy it. I recommend this brand.

I think the most customers come here are Vietnamese, tôi có mua một cái máy karaoke từ nơi khác ( idol pro ip7500 vào 07/04/2021) khi mang về nhà thì máy có vấn đề về phần thu âm của bộ phận usb khi thu xong rồi nghe lại thì bị skip, tôi gọi điện thoại cho nơi mà tôi đã mua máy, họ không giúp gì được cho tôi, lần đầu tiên tôi mang cái máy tới để kiểm tra máy thì họ đã đổi lại cái máy khác , sau đó tôi về nhà thu thử lại vẩn như trước máy vẩn không thu được, khi tôi gọi điện thoại cho họ nơi mà tôi mua máy, họ bảo là gì tôi không biết điều chỉnh máy nên gặp phải vấn đề, còn muốn họ tới nhà để điều chỉnh máy thì phải trả tiền xăng cho họ là $ 150 hết cách rồi nên tôi cho họ tới nhà, và chỉnh máy, khi thu thử thì vẩn như củ không thu được, và họ lại ra xe lấy cái máy khác đổi lại cho tôi, và nói xong rồi, sau đó khi họ đi rồi tôi thử lại thì vẫn không thu được, tất cả là 3 cái máy mà thu âm vẩn bị skip, hết cách rồi tôi mới lên mạng tìm kiếm nơi tư vấn cho cái này, ở đây là stkkaraoke store,tôi gọi dt thì anh đó cho tôi biết là phải mua cái usb hiệu Kingston 2.0 version thì mới thu được, tôi vẩn chưa tin nhưng tôi vẫn mua thử gì cũng không có bao nhiêu tiền, qua ngày hôm sau tôi vẩn tìm tới service center customer support, và gọi hỏi thì anh này vẩn nói là phải dùng usb 2.0 version hiệu Kingston , và tôi mua rồi khi thu âm vẩn đề đã được giải quyết rất tốt, Tôi đả gọi điện thoại cho stkkaraoke để cảm ơn, và đến mua một cái Wireless microphone uhf 628 , cô Nga giúp tôi khi tôi mua hàng ở đây, rất cảm ơn cô Nga , Nếu bạn nào có định mua máy karaoke hãy đến đây giúp dùm cho họ

I bought a karaoke system at KTS and one of the cordless microphone kept drainning the battery, even when it's not in use. I called KTS with the issue and KTS quickly sent a replacement. Customer service was superb and very pleasant to work with.
