Purchased 3 pieces of countertop and employees loaded them for us. When we were installing, we noticed they were different shades, which they shouldn't have been since i bougt all 3 pueces. Called and spoke to manager Jackson who said it was my fault and they weren't going to fix it

Ally is always so extremely nice and helpful. We have been coming here for years. I have upgraded my kitchen and now my restroom. They have a vast selection of granite tops, kitchen sinks, restroom sinks, cabinets in different colors and even hardware to choose from. I have purchased from them for my rental units as well and they have held up wonderfully.

This business is a good place to buy all your material from cabinets to your countertops. If you go make sure to ask for Elizabeth she’s my number 1 seller highly recommended.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. To start off the customer service is bad and are not accommodating when there the ones that made the mistake. I purchased some cabinets and stone from here and paid lots of money to be satisfied here. They made me pay extra for cabinets that I NEVER RECIEVED. I then had to buy additional cabinets to replace the missing ones THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.

If there was a way to rate them 0 stars I would. ELIZABETH is very rude and very scattered brain. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER. She was very rude and assumed that my mom didnt have money . My mom is a contractor that doesn't dress up from head to toe, especially when going to buy materials. She had the audacity yo say my mom isnt one because she doesn't dress the part. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR REMODELING NEEDS. They are rude and unprofessional. They gave us the wrong amount and didn't realize until we got home...We live 3 hrs away. This is not even real wood, too. Its compressed wood with some plastic filler. They are all scatter brained. When we went to the warehouse to pick up our products, a guy had his feet kicked up on a table in front of a fan sleeping. Go somewhere else so you don't have to deal with their mess of a business.

I had a very bad experience, I have been a customer for almost 10 years buying from them and I bought some pantrys from them, they gave me the wrong ones, I went back to the store and they gave me other drawers and when my workers were installing them, it turned out that they were not the size that I had told them I needed them I had to go back to the store twice and unfortunately they didn't help me I lost my money I will never buy anything again in this place where they don't solve a problem if that's what they do with a customer of years who is expected with a passing buyer ,I only lose my money today and they lose a client for many years.

I drove from Thousand Oaks because I have a bid for cabinets, the design doesn't work, so i showed up to get it all straightened out. My rep was with another guest so i waited about 20 minutes for him to finish. We were working on changes, and he was showing me sink options. Then comes in these 2 guys. They butt in because it is 4:35 on a Saturday. He did not even say I am with another customer. He literally walked away in the middle of a 9000 dollar cabinet sale to talk to this guy. The only reason I went out there is because they take forever to update you on changes original bid on the 9th. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants customer service. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

My classmate in high school recommended that I work with Ally from this company. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was patient and very kind with me as I tend to change my mind often. Also, she accomodated several request of mine as I was trying to renovate within a strict timeline. It was a one stop shopping for me as I also ordered my stone and sink from them. Ally also arranged the installer for me who was also very good- Guillermo Limon and Leo. They cut the stone the next day on-site so it was a 2 day installation. Ally also communicated with me the ETA of the crew and was in contact with them throughout the process. My experience was a positive one thanks to Ally and the crew of Guillermo
