Tommy is awesome. Able to figure out what was wrong with the phone took care of. It promptly will be impatient and kind to me. He is definitely a go to guy.

Brought my iPad here due to a power issue, and they successfully resolved it within about a week. While the service is a bit pricey, I find it justified as my iPad continues to function exceptionally well almost a year later. Overall, I consider the quality of their work to be satisfactory for the cost.
