I didn't catch his name so i will call him hat guy (sorry). Gave me a quick rundown on the proteins they had, the differences, best sellers and what cooks well, what doesn't sell very well, warnings on some flavors, etc. Some people may be turned off trying to be sold to but it's their job, and he did a fine job of it. I felt well informed, comfortable, and confident in my purchase. Will be coming back again, even if just for a question.”
