This place was horrible my dad was in trouble and nobody helped him that's how disrespectful this place is

It's says it's open 24 hrs but no one was there at 540 am. No one. Not even at the window. There was NO phone#to call. Then the guy strolls out of the restroom 20min later. Without saying sorry for the wait
