This body shop does great work. My car came back just like it came off the dealership floor. Couldn’t even tell it got rear ended. All the mechanics there are solid and will take care of you. They make sure the job is done right, and the customer is satisfied. Hope I don’t ever need them again but if I ever do this is absolutely where I will be coming.

This isn't my first time coming to this shop so I thought I was going to have a good experience again like I did the first time I came. This time wasn't like the first at all, as far and finding out about my car I had to keep calling them and when they were suppose to call me when my car was ready, they never did. I had to call them each time because I wasn't given any type of update on my car and I had to call them to ask if I can finally pick up my car since they never did. I was kind of disappointed this time around.

My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed and the ignition . Always have insurance! called around, but ultimately this business got me in the next day and they gave me a car until my car got fixed . It's convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. All I had to do was show up with the car and let the technicians do their magic. My car looked brand new!

I highly recommend this repair shop. Their technology is first-class and professional, my car has been painted with sheet metal, just like a new car, there is no color difference ,I'm very satisfied and so appreciated! The boss is very responsible and give the good price. It's worth to the service.

I haven't used their services, but I can attest that they will go above and beyond to check out your car and give a thorough explanation. I was helped out right when I walked in. Moy Gomez did an excellent job from the beginning to end. He wrote out an honest quote for me and even gave me tips on what to do with my car. This is a hole in the wall business that will put your needs first.

My car was total loss, but I decided to keep it because Gabriel at Elite took the time to inspect it making sure the car could be repaired. In the repair process, Gabriel kept me updated of the progress, sending me videos and pictures of what was being done to the car. When the car was ready, I couldn't believe how NEW it looked: it looked as if it was getting out of the dealer as a brand new car!!!!! Customer service was exceptional, Gabriel is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I am extremely satisfied with this experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs it!!!!
