The lady with the accent who answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional. I called trying to obtain some info and she was so snappy and awful. Sad that they have someone like that to represent their office. Her name was grizelle or something, accent so thick you can't even understand her. Very very very rude and non-mannered. Do not recommend this office. You should have some better employees.

I feel bad I've only thought to ever write a review til now.I've been coming to Dr. Bisharas office for a decade. Doesn't matter how long the gap in between the second he sees me immediately remembers my past history of medical issues very personable down to earth always gives you the time of day. One of the Dr's that take into consideration weight and height into account when prescribing medications.Dr bishara always tries to be on a personal level when discussing anything you need to work on, to be honest hes even seen me without medical insurance and has gone out the way to make sure. I've been approved for help. not alpt of people will go through the trouble. Yea alot of people will say it's all about the money but I can tell he's not all about profits he's also about his patients care and well being and now I've gotten my new born to attend Here as his primary

The staff is very friendly but the doctor does not even listen to problems, he is not professional at all when he wanted to explain something to him, he left me soft and told the assistant in English that I always give them problems, he thought that I would not understand him and I have only come 3 times to your Clinic because the previous time they sent me to have an x-ray for back pain and for not listening to me like this time they took x-rays of my hip I need a number to file a complaint

Horrible Nurses they do not take their job seriously they’re always on their phone and the doctor is a great doctor but he needs to hire better staff I’ve already reported them and they’ve been locked under investigation

The staff are very much to themselves, no customer service. The wait is hours long even when there’s only 2 people along waiting. The waiting room is very much dirty and outdated. Waited about an 1 hour to be attended. I would say the nurses were more helpful and kind then the front desk and the doctor. Overall, would never return unless it’s an only option left.

It's not open 24 hrs I'm actually waiting outside . The Dr is very friendly but unprofessional. The facility is filthy and the Dr himself sometimes dresses really dirty too. The wait is super long since they don't have a big enough staff , they never call for follow ups and are very vague when they finally do give you test results or explain any kind of condition you might have. I'm switching after today .
