Excellent service! I was in need of a replacement mannequin hand and they promptly sent it, only for USPS to somehow lose it in the process. Betty, the amazing all star, sent me a replacement hand and saved the day. Great prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

As other reviewers have said, Betty is a complete gem. I was looking for a specific replacement part for a mannequin -- this wouldn't be a big sale, we're talking under $10 -- yet Betty sent me thorough, detailed and clear info and measurements for the part she thought might work for me. It was the opposite of what we're all used to with customer service generally these days. Amazing really. She was quick to respond, friendly and proactive in her responses. 5 stars all the way. I pray wonderful things for this business, and I'll shop here first thing when I'm looking for mannequins or anything display related.

First time contacting and doing business with DisplayImporter. I needed some additional information prior to making my purchase. I sent an email and Betty promptly responded. Betty provided the information I needed and was very helpful in helping me decide if their product was what I was looking for. I sent another email to Betty letting her know what I needed and the day and time I would be there to make my purchase. When I arrived to pick up my order it was ready and I met Betty who was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend DisplayImporter and use them again in the future. All in all a great experience.

Incredible customer service! Betty was super fast at answering questions, helping us problem solve, and being available when needed. We purchased a Torso for a small music video production and needed to move quickly. Betty was more than ready to meet the challenge. Highly recommend!

Betty is awesome! I emailed late last night around 9:30pm, wasn't expecting a response until the AM. She replied right away and let me know I could pick up the mannequin part I needed as soon as they opened the next day (which was today). She was kind enough to bring out two parts to see which one would work better, showed me how to use it properly, and was very kind, professional, and prompt. Would definitely recommend this place!

WOW! I had a superlative experience with their online store -- easy to find exactly what I wanted at a terrific price. But what makes DisplayImporter 5+ stars is Betty, who is beyond helpful, beyond kind. Betty went out of her way to help me, and now I have my high quality items. Highly recommend!

This place is fabulous! I'm so glad I discovered it. I must have searched 10 different places looking for stuff I needed and am so happy to have found them. Not only are their prices great, they take the time to really try to help you. Very patient and nice! They seem to really want to help you and make you satisfied with your purchase. I would totally recommend them. Even if you don't need any mannequins for any reason, buy some anyway. They're cool!

Since we are all home scanning the internet I found a few items at this company that were reasonably priced. There were special instructions to contact them about a possible lower shipping price with items that could be stacked together. So...figuring I would get no answer, I did just that. They immediately got back to me, found a lower shipping price and shipped my order. Customer service done right!

Super friendly, and easy to deal with. They seem to stock a much larger variety of things than I will ever need but it's nice to know that they have it if I need it. There prices were good to. I'm surprised that they don't have more reviews
