Be careful if you come to this place they do fraud I went to get a phone and use progressive kenia add a 350 speaker that I never ask or took from the store she never give me any receipt she said everything was on the computer if I need to return the phone I report this person but she still works their this type of people shouldn’t work in places like this imagine all the people she has done this who don’t speak English smh I’m surprise she still works their which means the company doesn’t care for their loyal costumers they care more to make profit scamming ppl

I wish they had the zero star option kenia ur very smart n manipulating u know how to talk n lie to people oh n not answer ur phone I'm omw rn to get a refund I just purchased a phone today n it's garbage and u won't even answer the phone now maybe this should be reported to the better business bureau and if u guys are privately owned u still pay royalties so u still have to be legit

My SIM card wasn't working properly, so I searched cricket stores around my work area, found this one has very good reviews so I decided to go in even though it's a bit further than other retail stores... Kenia was so kind to help me solve my problem quickly , she's so knowledgeable, smiling all the time, I highly recommend this store! Thank you Kenia!
