We were going to the Marshalls next door and I told my mom, "hey let's go in here!" She responded with no bc the ladies are rude and follow you around like you are going to steal something. I decided to go in anyways while she went to Marshall's. And long behold my mom was right. They don't even have the decency to great folks or ask if you need help but sure do follow you around like you are doing to steal something. I will not be returning.

I really wish I could this place a -10!! My mom, aunt and I came to the store shopping. Everything was perfectly fine until my brother comes inside with an application from subway to fill out. He's using the wall/door as a table to fill it out, then the owner comes out and starts keeping an eye on him like suspiciously. We tell him to go sit on the side instead, but there were no waiting area or stools so he sits on the floor meantime while we shop. Then the girls start coming closer to him suspiciously and act stupid as if they aren't checking what he's doing. My mom gets really upset and we tell them, can I help you? Then they just walk away, my mom is furious. We don't even bother looking further and go to the register. She is frustrated by now, and she tells the girls and owner who is listening, whats your problem, you think my son is stealing? What makes you think he's stealing? He has application and pen in his hand, what is he stealing huh? Take in mind, none of us have big bags or purses at all, since our wallets were in our jackets that have small pockets. My mom starts getting upset, especially because they don't have the fucken balls to say anything back at all. None of them, not even an apology for suspecting him as a thief. I'm very upset and disappointed at this place. Also she had asked me for my ID for Credit and my only ID was my military ID, when she saw she looked embarrassed and like f**** I f***** up. As a Military active duty and having to deal with something like this, it's very disappointing and disgusting. Especially when those two girls were acquaintances back in high school. So disappointed, especially still with the no try on clothes, only one time exchange, and 1 day return policy, is horrific. Im surprised this place is still open. Either needs new owner cause this one is shitty as hell or New Store.

Cute boutique. Many options in both casual & professional. They rotate their styles often so you'll always find something new. The store also carries a small selection of cute pumps & heels if you want to pull a whole outfit together in one go.

It's really disrespectful to not let someone in because you're closing 20 min prior to closing hours listed on Yelp and the store front. Updating the hours would be appreciated so people do not waste their time driving out

Horrible service! Please be sure you know only one day to return anything even with tags and receipt. I bought something I never wrote at full price and was never notified there is only one day to return. Unbeknownst to me return policies had changed since the last time I had been here and I bought a pair of pants and due to a very busy week among other impeding priorities I couldn't make it over to exchange what I bought. I wasn't even trying to get cash back I wanted to exchange for a style and size that fit better. Less than 30 days of purchase. I spoke to the owner and she said no. WTH I couldn't understand how this could happen with an item that had all tags and the receipt in hand. Item was in perfect condition and for that they lost a long time customer that had only been away due to covid. Buyer beware! If negative stars were possible I would have given them a negative 10

Purchased clothing and returned after 3 days to simply do an exchange (which is accepted by them within a 10 day period). The Asian lady (owner) refused to let me exchange my articles. I let her know that it was in her policy, but she vehemently refused, which is illegal because she's violating her own stipulated agreement on the receipt. Never coming back here again. I don't recommend this place. They are just money hungry people.
