However, after the maintenance, the air conditioner not only stopped cooling, but also blew hot air. When I called for consultation the next day, the other party had a bad attitude and refused to take responsibility. I maintained the car at Jiayin for a year and introduced many friends, but their attitude was really unacceptable. In the end, I had to sell the car at a low price, losing nearly $2,000. This experience was very disappointing.

The car vibrates at idle and occasionally fails to accelerate at 3000 rpm and makes a popping sound. I spent $600 but it didn't solve the problem. This shop is only suitable for oil changes and maintenance.

I have been coming here for maintenance for about five years. In recent years, I feel that the attitude and service have become worse and worse, and the prices have become more and more expensive. The price of changing the oil has more than tripled, and when I encounter troublesome maintenance items, I Will not want to do it.
The keyhole of the car was broken by a thief. He was too lazy to find replacement parts, so he actually asked me to go find a locksmith? There was a problem with the wiper and water pump of the car. Because the bumper had to be removed to check, he found it troublesome and asked me to go back and think about it. Do you want to change it? It obviously feels like you don’t want to repair it.
I felt that the boss needed money very much, so I asked him to check the battery. If it was not broken, he replaced it directly. He just said that it was almost time. The question is, do you need to check with the customer beforehand if you want to replace it? Air filters are also directly given to me. I changed it without informing them. I just cut off these simple maintenance items first and then finish them to make quick and easy money. I feel very bad!
After the boss earns your money, he will still show off his appearance and talk to you without meaning. It feels really insincere.

It feels like the boss is really in need of money. When I asked them to check the battery, even though it wasn't faulty, they just went ahead and replaced it, saying it was about time. The question is, shouldn't they inform the customer before replacing something unnecessarily? The same goes for the air filter; they replaced it without notifying me. It seems like they're prioritizing quick and easy money with these simple maintenance tasks, and it leaves a really bad impression!

Good price? Probably. But you shouldn't expect any customer service over there. The owner the way he talks so aggressive just make you feel so uncomfortable and don't expect he or they have patience or time to explain your question. Friend referral but won't come again
