This company STINKS!!! I placed an order March 19 and as of April 6 still did not have it nor could I get a response to my emails of concern. The number to customer service is "not a working number". When I would check on the order through my account with then it just kept saying "processing". I cancelled my order. i would not order from this company!!!

Same experience-- they take your credit card, post processing, then ignore you. Do not use this company!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I wish I has known about their reputation before I placed order. It seems that they have the same M.O. with every order they take. They have no phone number for you to call and their online contact system is non-existent. I placed the order, my credit card was authorized and than nothing for days my order indicated that it was "Processing". I tried email, I tried the link that supposedly gives you the updated status. This company is a scam. I wish there was a way to put a warning on the front of their web page. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE BABY METRO! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order which says it is "processing" but has never shipped. I ordered my items over a month ago--and have never received them. I have sent THREE emails and have heard nothing. Both phone numbers go to a full voicemail so you cannot leave a message! DO NOT TRY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Same thing has happened to me! I placed and order over a month ago. Could not find a contact phone number on my confirmation order e-mail. I e-mailed them asking them where is my order? NO RESPONSE! I have googled them to find a contact phone number only to have a recording telling me their voice mail box is full. I am now going to call the bank and reverse my payment. Do Not Ever Order from them!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from BabyMetro. I concur with what everyone else said- I placed an order a month ago and it says it's "Processing". My sister's baby shower is in 3 days! At first, I thought they could expedite my order, but I couldn't find a telephone number, so I emailed them and got no reply. There isn't even any way to cancel your order once you place it! I changed my payment information to read "send check by mail", but they still have my credit card information in their system. They're absolute crooks if you ask me. Shop somewhere else!

I ordered a complete Crib Set plus additional items to match on October 14th and have not received any of it yet and it is now November 20th and I cannot get a response from the company either by e-mail or by phone!!! I regret ordering from this company because the phone box has been full for weeks and e-mails are never answered. The money was taken out of my account the day after I ordered and it says it will not be taken out until shipped so where is my order???? Next step bank and lawyers??? I just lost over $250 plus and am very disappointed!!! BEWARE when ordering from Baby Metro!!! My order cannot be cancelled as it says it is already processing so where to now???

I concur with everyone that says DO NOT USE BABY METRO. I ordered a gift from their website, after 3 weeks the gift was not received and no one from Baby Metro had notified me. Don't bother trying to call them because you will always get voice mail. I resorted to email and received a reply that my order would ship out within a week. Again, nothing. Now this is over 4 weeks after my original order was placed. I was so fed up at this point at their lack of professionalism and general shadiness that I asked that they cancel my order. I will never use them again and urge you to do the same.

I had the exact same experience that Deserea had. Sure wished I would have read the reviews first. This company is not even worth one star. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE A BOGUS BUSINESS. I placed my order on July 13th. I was emailed that the item was backordered (they do not post this information prior to ordering.) I was told in the email that I would recieve the bedding around August 1st. Well, I have tried to call the "business" over 30 times and get an automated message stating I need to call back during normal business hours. Ummm - wth? I have been calling before 5pm. pst. If you ask for any voicemail box that is offered....the message boxes are full. Email messages are automated as well. YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON AND YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP. I have to go to my bank and get a new debit card because on the first day I ordered the bedding, I could not delete my order. It stated it was in the final stages of being processed. BOLOGNA!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME --THIS IS ONLY A WEB PAGE - NOT A BUSINESS.

DO NOT USE BABY METRO....I placed an order over 1 week ago and have still not received any information regarding the status of my order . I submitted an online inquiry (system stated I would receive a response within 1 working day) I have still heard nothing.. I was able to find the phone number online and called several times and each time I get an automated voice mail message that states I am calling outside of normal business hours. I am not calling out of normal business hours as all of my calls have been before 5pm pst. This is horrible customer service and I've had to go as far as to contact my bank to issue a stop payment. i will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I am extremely disappointed with Baby Metro. I paced an order that was suppose to ship in 7 to 14 business days. After 15 days of not receiving anything I called the company and they said they would look into and email me with an update the next day. Three days later I got an email saying it was on back order and it would ship out at the beginning of the following week. With no explanation or anything. I would normally cancel my order but since it was going to be the following week and I had already waited forever I just thought I would deal with it. So now it has been 2 weeks now and still nothing (4 weeks total - going on 5). I tried calling the company multiple times and no one answered. I finally got an email from customer service saying it shipped. I told them I would like free next day shipping because of the delay and the lack of communication about the delay and she said they did not offer next day shipping only 3 day shipping. What kind of company does not offer next day shipping especially since they've made me wait for over a month now?? I would and will not recommend this company to anyone else. Even if the price is cheaper I would still suggest going elsewhere just because so the terrible customer service. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Baby Metro's online store had the best price on the item I wanted so I though, eh, why not. Sadly this was a mistake. - Baby Metro took 5 days to process my order. Nowhere on the website does it say to allow 5 working days to process the order. Note that by process I mean they ordered the item from the manufacturer as it ships directly from the manufacturer. I only wish it took 5 days to ship. - Baby Metro did not keep records of my calling nor did they return calls when promised. - Baby Metro did not tell me item was backordered. They did not give me any reason my it took almost 2 weeks for my item to ship. I had to call the manufacturer to learn that the item was backordered since Baby Metro wasn't telling me anything. - Baby Metro also did not send all of my info on to the shipper so that I could get my item in a timely fashion. Without my phone number, UPS could not contact me to set an appointment time for delivery. I've been waiting a week on something that was never going to come unless I called UPS to arrange a time and no one told me that!
