The young man who helped me was very polite. I wish I had remembered his name. He deserves to get credit for his service. I needed a diagnostic check on my car he was elpful & efficient! He didn't take his time, like a lot of workers in the past have. Thank you for the advice as well.

So I called them before going and I'm glad I did. Employee Martin told me he wouldn't be able to assist with replace my headlight bulb because they were under staff that I should try O'Reilly because they have enough staff I was like wow thanks for the business.

I came into auto zone because my check engine light came on and I wanted to know the issue and buy whatever part I needed. There was one guy helping the semi long line and I waited patiently. When the line started to get longer, the guy asked for help and a lady in a grey shirt came out. I told her I needed help with my check engine light. She handed me the scanner and I told her I'm not sure how to use it or what to look for. She told me to look under my steering wheel for the plug which I did but I didn't see anything. So I went back inside and asked Jose V If he could help me. He told me I had to wait because there were other customers. I said I understand that but I waited for my turn and it should not matter. He literally said out if his mouth well you have to wait because it's a courtesy. It's not that big of a deal. At that point I was done. And I told him that is no way to speak to customers working in customer service. And he said ok with such sarcasm. Once I got the information I needed. I left without purchase. Why would I want to spend my money at a store with someone who's rude. Not only that. The lady in the shirt im sure was the manager didn't even say anything. I don't understand my people are in customer service with such a nasty attitude

Thank you so much to Daniel M he was so helpful came into auto zone because my Subaru right headlight was out. I told him is it easy to put on he went out of his way to say I can do it. I was so thrilled to see him do it because he showed me something I never new even moved the battery because he couldn't reach it n showed me what tools to use and how to clean the corrosion that was built around it. By far the best experience thank you so much we need more people like you.

Recently came in because my break lights went out. I vame inoy to store and informed employee J.Banuelos and he was more than motivated to help guide me with what I needed to replace my lights and even offered to do. Talk about a home run, really appreciated it, was on way to LAFC game and he saved the day. Thank you, and definitely recommend this location.
